Greg and Gava's Rooter is absolutely the best, most honest and ethical plumbing service you could ask for. I've used his services several times over the last 12 years or so and his professionalism and friendly service are without a doubt unmatched. He shows a genuine concern for your home as if it were his own as other reviewers have written. He is extremely reliable and makes the extra effort to get to you in an emergency as has been the case with my home in the past. His pricing is way more than reasonable. My most recent request was on a Sunday morning when I called him. He was here even earlier than promised and took care of the job as always. As I said, this was on a Sunday and there was zero up charge in price due to the weekend or emergency call. I can't say enough of what a good feeling it is in knowing such a good professional plumber that truly cares about his customers and shows it in every level of his work and business. I would and do recommend him to everyone. If you ever need any plumbing service at all he is the best man to call!

I wanted to share my experience with Greg. It was a Sunday morning and I was expecting about 20 people over to my newly purchased home. My wife calls me to tell me that that all toilets are plugged including in the back guesthouse. It turns out that my main was clogged. After reaching out to numerous plumbers and hearing excuses such as I'm out of town, I can't make it today, I don't have that equipment etc.. Greg answers and says ""no problem I'm right up the street and should be there In 15 minutes."" He gets there and immediately walks the property to inspect. He asked very good questions that I couldn't answer as I don't have that much history in the home. My home has a very large lot and the clean out was towards the back of the property. Greg ran his 150' snake and said let's hope this gets the job done. He seemed concerned as if it was his own home. Towards the end of the snake is when we finally got to the problem he and I were both relieved as I was expecting company very soon. He proceeded to put back all his equipment and surely I was thinking I was in the perfect situation to get gouged price was as it was an emergency and it was a Sunday. I was shocked when he told me the price and even more shocked when he said he would give me an additional discount just because. Great business man Greg was as I've already referred him to my family and also to a property management company I work with that manages 1200 units. I good honest plumber is hard to come by. Great work. I was able to get ahold of Greg at about 9:30 pm when my kitchen sink started leaking pretty badly. Once we came to a agreement as to what time he could come by to give me a free estime on the repair he had Armando come down within the time frame I was told. Armando was very friendly and explained everything that needed to be done to repair the issue. Very satisfied with the service and wouldn't hesitate to give him more work, although I do admit I hope I don't need to lol.

Phew! Had my dishwater make an appearance in my bathtub last night and freaked out. Just bought our house less than a year ago & instantly pictured the worse. I called them and they were available within a couple of hours on a Saturday, Craig and Mando were very professional and very knowledgeable. They unplugged the sewer with in minutes and everything was running normally after. Good job! I will definitely will contact them again.
