When all others were on vacation and closed, I gave Greg a call and he was here exactly the time he said he would come for my emergency. The day before New Year's Eve my mainline decided to start leaking massive amounts of water. Greg came out and was very understanding of my problem. He did a temporary fix so we could at least safely leave the water on and we had full use of water inside the house. The temporary fix allows me time to find bids for replacement of the line, although I will likely have it done by Greg and his people at Gava Rooter since he was honest and straight forward with what needed to be done. Thank you Greg!

I called because my kitchen sink was clogged and wasn't draining. Greg called me back within 5 minutes and was able to come out the same day. I only waited a couple of hours for him to arrive. He was professional and got the job done fast. Greg and his co-worker Gilbert explained what could be causing the problem of the clogged drain and offered solutions to help prevent it in the future. The price was reasonable and I was very satisfied with their work. Greg even offered a 30 day warranty on his work.

Greg was able to come out on a Saturday to clear 3 drains at our elementary school project site. Due to school in session he made himself available to us on a Saturday first thing in the morning. Had problems with our showers draining,Greg came the same day!! We assumed we needed to get our showers snaked , however Greg was so honest and said it wasn't needed -we just had to clean out the hair that was clogged . It's hard to find honest people now and days....

Greg & Gava Rooter are the best! Been using them for a number of years & they have never let me down. Big jobs or small they have been there for me~weekends, nights, always fast. Very reasonable. Frequently comparable or less than the competition. Did a major job for me last week~power jet on roots from trees in the front yard. Quick, efficient. Dug up a big bush that was causing a lot of problems. Always been satisfied with the work they have done.
