I called and made an appointment to have a dishwasher installed. Ralph picked the time and date they would come out- a week later. He just didn't show. I waited at the appointment time and then called. He said 'no we are not coming. We are very busy.""' We then rescheduled for the next morning at 8. He called at 8:15 and said 'we aren't going to make it. We are so busy.' He said maybe tomorrow at 1 pm? I said no thank you- it didn't sound promising and I don't want to wait again to have no one show up.

Very disappointed. When I called they were very nice in the phone but never actually came to fix my toilet. I called on a Tuesday and they said they would come the next day. I called to see what time and they said later in the day but never showed up. Thursday they were out of town and I heard crickets on Friday. They weekend passed and so did Monday. After a week of no contact I ended up doing the work myself. I would not recommend this Plummer. They are not reliable to come by and follow through with their word.

Had a driver in a Gault Plumbing van, who passed me on the freeway after it turned into one lane, almost running me off the road. Had to drive on the shoulder. He then proceeded to drive very slowly, and then pull into a gas station a couple minutes later. In too big of a hurry to not pass me in an illegal and dangerous way, but pulled over almost directly after his dangerous maneuver, so he didn't receive any kind of benefit for his terrible/dangerous driving.

Totally unprofessional. Cancled our appointment yesterday because he was to oblivious and called the wrong phone number when confirming. Then shows up an hour and a half late the next day without the proper equipment. Even after being told exactly what he needed and what needed to be done by Pg&e two days prior. When confronted about it he lost his temper. I would not suggest using his mediocre services.

The worst customer service I have received! I called regarding some clogged sinks and he was ""extremely"" busy that day and told me he would be available the next day. I said sure. He never took any information down I had to ask him how he would contact me? He said can you text me? So I texted him all my information
And no response. He said he would call before he came over. The next day I never got a phone call so I called him. He said he would be at my house around 1:30. I waited until 2 and nobody called or showed up. I texted him asking an eta? We all are busy here people! He called and asked for my address and name again. I gave it to him AGAIN and said I texted all that information. He said rudely ""we'll i guess I'll just look at the text then."" He said we will be there in the next half hour. Half hour? You're now an hour behind what you said originally. So I said you guys told me around 1:30. Some other guy got on the phone and said ""we are swamped you can go elsewhere."" Oh wrong way of sound business jerk. You lost a customer who is well known in the area. I'll make sure to spread the word to never go to you. Get out of your business if you can't provide good customer service.

I personally would not recommend doing business with them. I was originally told the water heating unit would be 699 and was charged 715. Was told that it would be a quick and easy job took 2 of them almost 4 hours(at $100 an hour). He did not properly go over the charges with me before installment and sprung the installment fee on me. When I showed concern with the amount he was very rude in my opinion. He also told me it would be the same size unit and the unit Installed is too big and sticks out. I feel with small business they tend to be more caring towards people and their situations and I feel like he didn't care about me as a costumer.

We had an issue this morning with the drains not draining in our house, and of course, scared to death, went looking for a plumber to fix it! After a couple of calls (too busy etc) Gault plumbing answered the phone with a ""sure, we can do that"" answer and arrived 3 hours later! Around 2 hours after that, digging the line out from under a 20 year old tree, our drains are draining, the price we paid is more than fair, and life is good around our house again!
