The debate is over: hands-down Gatti is the best plumber in Jersey. When we moved into our house the boiler wasn't working. Another company charged hundreds of dollars for diagnostics and cleaning. Gatti charged a fraction of that to actually fix the problem - and for years now we've had reliable heat. Gatti has also installed a water heater, a water softener, and a pipe connecting our sump to a backyard spout, each time fulfilling our requests on short notice. The costs are affordable, the turnaround time is quick, and best of all they're good, honest people who fix the problem. Highly recommend.

Extremely unreliable! I made an appointment on a Tuesday for Gatti to come out that Friday for a job that they said would take about two hours of work. They picked the day and the time - I just agreed to it.

Friday morning rolls around and they don't show up, despite them telling me I'd be their first stop. I call that afternoon, no answer. I leave a message, no return phone call. I call multiple times the following week - same thing. Nobody answers the phone, it goes straight to voicemail. What a sham of a business.

I personally want to send my gratitude and thanks to Marco and Andrew for repairing the pvc piping under my parents kitchen sink today. They were super knowledgeable, patient, consumate professionals, and worked in tandem to resolve the issue.

My parents had a leak that was due to a previous handyman they used to install their drop in sink and faucet. The way everything was rigged by this handyman was a disaster waiting to happen. For anyone reading this review, ALWAYS hire professionals (whether it's plumbers, electricians, etc) because you get what you pay for. If you are looking for a company that provides excellent customer service and experience, look no further than Gatti Plumbing. Called multiple plumbers to fix our clogged drain. No one could come and then I found Gatti Plumbing, based in Madison. I called them at 1pm and not only did he, Kyle Gatti give me the possible cost (depending on how bad the clogged was) but he came after his workday and fixed our clogged sink. Kyle was proficient, polite, reasonably priced and I have asked Gatti Plumbing to come next week to do more work. So far, so good!

Came quickly to diagnose and provided a quick fix to a problem with the heater. The plumber was friendly and after turning on and off a few knobs and valves, he was able to get the circulator motor working again. He charged a reasonable house call fee for ~30 minutes of his work. He did not suggest unnecessary replacements (good). Afterwards, I asked for an electronic invoice and still haven't received it after 2 weeks (reason for -1 star).
