We're renting a house that had a system which hadn't been used in years. Travis came out the same day we called, gave us an estimate and when we asked for the work to be done, we were given an appointment for the very next week. The job ended up being 25% UNDER the estimate, because Travis was able to re-use an expensive part rather than replacing it! Then, when something went wrong, a tech was here the same day to fix it. Awesome company to entrust your essential water needs to!

I never post on this site but needed to vent and make others aware of the subpar practices at Gator Water treatment company. We had our well pump replaced February 2018. Two months later the pump fell off the PVC pipe. Gator Water came out and attached it back. Two weeks later it fell off again, and again they came out and attached the pump back. When I asked why is this happening the tech said he didn't know, however this time he fixed it so it would not fall off again. Fast forward to this week, woke up Wednesday morning and we had no water again. We had since left Gator Water and went with another service. Called my water service they came out that day looked at the situation a said your pump is probably dead. So today they pulled up the pump. Well it wasn't dead but nearly there. In order to keep it on the PVC pipe Gator Water drilled two holes in the side of the pump which of course water was leaking out from. The pump was a 1 hp not the 1.5 hp that I was told we got by gator water The pump was so hot the it melted to the PVC piping and melted a section of the pipe. Gator water stated that the pump had a two year warranty on it and that if I bring it back to them they will attempt to get me a warranty pump in exchange, no promises. I decided not to bring the pump back and get a new one from gator water which will most likely be just as much of a POS as this one was. Gator water was once a amazing water treatment company. We had been with them for 12 years, over the last two years their services have significantly gone downhill. We would wake up with our water black or yellow, and smelling. When asked what's wrong with the water and how to fix it they didn't know or they would come out and make repairs, charge us, the next morning we wake up and the water was still black or none at all. I hope they see this post and it motivates them to take a step back and examine their company.

They were to maintain my water system but didn't come out for over three months and was out of salt which caused my system to plug up and now it needs replaced inside and out. This was not the first time this has happened never let us know if they came out or not and the lady in the office is not helpful so now it's going to cost me a lot of money to replace everything do not trust

this company was definitely a god send. i have 3 other local companies- yes 3! come out all 3 told me that my well pump was definitely shot i even had one company say that my pressure tank was water logged and needed to be replaced also. the highest quote i got was $1740 from the first company, 2nd company $1480, 3rd company $1500. every other company jumped straight to the big bucks. gator water came out immediately within maybe 2 hours(i was going on 12 days without water with small children and pets) did a free diagnosis and called and emailed me with the results right away and he gave me a little hope he said that from the way the pump was acting it sounded like it just became detached. no one else said this!!!!!! so as soon as he said this i knew right then he knew what he was talking about and i was going to go with them! the lady at the office answered all of my questions . most people go with a """"first"""" or """"second"""" opinion and thats it. i kept going to a 4th opinion and chose them off a referral from one of my business contacts at work who highly recommended them and said they are very honest and trustworthy. i am beyond happy with their service and will recommend them to anyone that i hear is having water problems. i am furious that the other companies would of had me pay that ridiculous amount. today after going on 13 days me and my children and dog get to go back home thanks to this company. my family is happy and so are my pockets. thank you

I can't say enough positive things about this company. Having never lived on a well water system, I didn't know how difficult things could be. We tried three other companies before we found Gator Water and let me tell you, they are honest, affordable and proficient. Even had my pump go out on Christmas Eve and they were there within an hour fixing my system. I highly recommend this company.

Jackie from Gator Water gave me a business card when we first moved to the area and I was speaking of having reversed osmosis. She said they don't up-sale products or services. Boy was she right when Al came out to go through our system we were so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. We will continue to use their service as we are so pleased with them. Thanks to Jackie n Al for all your knowledge

Gator Water is amazing. Travis and Steve came out same day and fixed our issue in record time. We went 2 weeks with well water on and off. They were professional and courteous and actually saved us money! Highly recommend!

I contacted these people to set up monthly salt service for my waer softening system. They came out once, added salt, did unrequested and unauthorized work (timers and settings completely changed, hoses cut and redirected so the regen water flooded my yard and killed my grass), and never came back. I would not recommend them.

I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. We moved into a house and had a water softener installed by gator. We had problems from the very start. I called and asked our water to be tested because it stunk so bad we couldn't even shower with it. The technician that came out was extremely rude to my husband. Whatever he did fixed nothing. After several phone calls where i was told to be patient and wait for the old water to drain from the tanks, they finally told me they would come add something else to the softener. I changed my work schedule so I could be there while they came and asked for a phone call letting me know an approximate time. I never got a phone call, but 3 days later I got a bill in the mail for the service call they claim they did. I assumed the phone call was forgotten, gave them the benefit of the doubt, and I paid the bill. NOTHING changed with our water. We were going on a month of water we couldn't drink, couldn't do laundry with, and couldn't shower in. I explained this every time I talked to Claire in the office. Finally she had John call me. John told me I probably needed an entirely different system added to the current system to address iron in our water. I asked him to come test our water to be sure iron was the only issue. I would pay for the system as long as I knew it would fix the problem. 4 days went by and again, I never heard anything from them. I called the office again and asked if our water had been tested, and I explained to Claire the lack of communication. She apologized and told me she would speak with John and the technicians to find out of they had been out to test the water like I requested. 2 days later, I had heard nothing back. AGAIN, I called and asked and AGAIN I explained that I was unhappy with the lack of communication. Claire explained to me John recommended this very expensive, new system, and I AGAIN requested that my water be tested first. That was a week and a half ago. I've never heard anything back. I've since gone with Culligan. Within 4 days they had come out to test my water AND installed the new system I needed. There were constant phone calls explaining the problems and solutions and I never once had to call them to follow up. Gator Water was a joke and I regret any money and business they received from us.

If I could have put zero stars, I would have. This company put in a chlorinator, oxygenator in for us last summer. I called and asked them to send me (or I could pick up) the owner's manuals for the items that they installed, so that we would know how to take care of our water system. I had to call a handful of times kept getting the run around, so I kind of dropped the issue at the time. We're having a problem with our water softener (which they told us was fine) and I called them on 10/15 to have them come out. I was supposed to get a call back letting me know if they'd be here on 10/15 or 10/16. No call. I called 10/16 and was told that they'd be out before 4. Well, it's 6:30, no one showed up, no one called, no contact, NOTHING. I'm always willing to give someone the benefit of the doubt, and now, I'm just done. I've been told by another customer that they've done the same thing to them.
