This company is very fair, trustworthy, and keeps open lines of communication. They installed a tankless water heater and kept me informed throughout the process. They stayed within their price range. I will only use Gator for my plumbing needs from now on. Highly recommended.

These guys are absolutely amazing!!! I highly recommend them. I had a pipe break on on my boiler, on a Saturday night. They were very professional on the phone, came out to my building right away, excellent work, neat, very reasonable prices. They are my new go to plumbing and sewer guys.

Prior to calling these guys I went through three different plumbers!!! Each one attempted to clear a clog that was causing my basement to flood. Each one spent more than two hours trying to clear it but couldn't. The first guy tried charging me $400 and the second guy tried charging me $300 for nothing! They didn't even fix it. I called mike and he went right over. Within 15 minutes he knew what the problem was. My sewer line separated. I was freaking out because I had family coming in 2 days and did not want to rip apart my whole house. He reassured me he would handle it and came back the next day with materials. Within 4 hours the line was replaced and we were good to go. He even showed me the issue before he fixed it. Really nice guys. They are my go to guys for everything now. They may regret it because I may even call a little too much! :)

Called and spoke to Mike to schedule an estimate, he couldn't make it but sent his associate Pete who showed up promptly and spent a good amount of time explaining what the leak could be and what we need to do. Would definitely recommend to friends and family that need a plumber. Thanks again Pete.

I called them because I was happy with the first time (see my review) The second time however I feel angry about. I called Mike on Friday the 13th and he said he was busy but would call me back. I waited until Monday because he never bothered to call me back. He said he was busy working on a ""big"" boiler job and he would send his partner Pete to help. He arrives promptly on Tuesday and I hand him the keys to the tenants apt. and boiler room and he tells me it could be as simple as a defective thermostat. I was so relieved. He was kind enough to go to the Home Depot and get a duplicate thermostat (the defective one was installed last month) and changed it. Easy right? no wire work, no excessive time with us, no excessive travel time and he asked me for 165 dollars to do that. He also did not return the tenants keys. I called him about it and he said he gave them to me but he absolutely did not so now I have to change the tenants home door locks and boiler room lock so i am out yet another 100 dollars. I called Mike to say I thought 165 was a lot of money to just put a thermostat on a wall and he offered to give me 25 dollars back. I declined and just hung up. I feel like I was taken advantage of I feel disrespected by Mike for not calling me back and showing me any respect and I am angry at having to lose that much money It should not have been more than 50 dollars

I cant go back in time but I can YELP about how pissed off I am. Never again.

I would definitely recommend these guys. When I initially called, they were polite and very professional. After we had our set appointment, I had to change the time at the last minute and they were very responsive and made it work. Pete arrived on time and worked quickly to unclog our slow moving drain. He stayed to make sure there was no blockage and did a great job cleaning up. Their price was very reasonable so I would definitely recommend them and hire them again in the future.

I needed to take the time out to write a review on this company. As we all know it's the hardest thing to find a reliable and honest company but we definitely found it in this company. From the initial phone call how polite they were to being prompt on there scheduled appointment. They were so thorough and professional with us. The best part was they were not like every other company trying to high ball us they were more then reasonable on the price. I never write reviews on companies cause I never have gotten this impressed but glad this was my first. I will recommend and use this company as long as they keep me as a client.

These guys were awesome. We had an issue where our heat was not turning on at all. I sent out a request on Thumbtack and their response was quick and very reasonable. Mike was able to adjust to our crazy schedule to come at a time that was convenient for us both for the initial estimate and the service itself. He was on time and finished the job quickly. Highly recommended.
