If we're up to how about no stars, money hungry sad. Overpriced and wanted to charge me $99 an hour for a $3.25 piece. His employees says that he'd of put the piece but his boss says $99. And he can't do it because his boss inventory everything!!!

I had a clogged toilet. They came out and charged me $250 to unclog the toilet which re-clogged the next day. Now they are suggesting for me to pay $350 to send a camera down the toilet and ANOTHER $250 to unclog it.

I worked for this company for about 2 month . First month was fine, then it started. The owners daughter is very rude to employees. calls while with customer to yell at me about not collecting money from a customer, when the supervisor told me not collect the company will bill this customer. I quit. They talked me into staying they will talk to the office. A week later I'm on call. I got called out for 4 times, on over time calls. Two calls after hours at straight time cause shop was running late. I went out on straight time. They promise to pay on call at 1/3 of call total. They owed me over $900. I was not feeling well for 2 days while on call. did not work during those days but still did on call. Got Fired. When pay day came they payed me. No pay check stub for that week, and no on call pay. Tried to tell me I never went out on call. They have trackers on their trucks and I handed in all paper work. In the end they paid me for 3 hrs at time and a half. only received $126. They claim they can not find the paper work for the biggest on call ticket. Also if you like hearing resist Jokes WORK HERE!!!!

Used Gator plumbing today....excellent service by Eddie. Had to remove a shower drain and replace. Tough job required elbow grease and an electric saw. Seemed a bit expensive for 1.5 hour job......Total price 401.60...I would use them again but ask for estimate first.

Had Gator Plumbing come to my house to replace water heater and other miscellaneous repairs. They did an exceptional job and the plumber was very clean and respectful. They have very reasonable prices, much lower than anyone else I called. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know and will use them for all my future plumbing needs.

I've finally found a fantastic plumbing company! Called Gator after seeing a good review on Home Advisor, glad I did. We needed an ice maker valve replaced. Danielle on the phone was pleasant and helpful and gave me an estimate of cost on the phone. Our job required two visits, as we had to turn off our condo building water to do the work the next day. They arrived on time. Joshua and Robert were both friendly, polite, neat, clean and worked quickly. They explained everything to us beforehand. I was not charged for two visits, as some companies would do. Price was fair and even less than the estimate! I highly, highly recommend Gator and will call them next time I'm in need.

This company is truly awful. We have a sewer line issue that they have been unable to resolve after three visits. We have been waiting for 5 days for them to provide an """"estimate"""" to fix the problem. They have been called every day, and every day have a different excuse as to why they haven't sent the estimate. The only thing Gator is good for is making sure they get your credit card before they come out. Call someone else.

Water heater went out and we called Gator for an estimate. They were here the next day, very professional and courteous. We asked for an estimate to replace a toilet along with the the water heater. Gave option of purchasing from Gator or shopping around. Let them know when our purchases had arrived; they came a couple of days later and easy peasy. Again, very professional, courteous and CLEAN! Have used them before and will use them again if needed.
