Had Gatlin come out to service a mascerating pump. Eddie never worked on one but he went at it. Turns out it needed to be replaced. I think Eddie was figuring it out as he went along. I think Eddie did a great job. I will definitely hire Gatlin again if I have any plumbing issues.

Getting our family home updated and snazzy this summer and fall, and VERY grateful to have taken a leap and chosen the Gatlin guys. Rob, Josh, and Eddie all did such excellent, detailed, professional, thorough care of our plumbing issues and remodels (install all new shower, tub, sink faucets, new toilet, clogged sink, leaky faucet). These guys are focused. They work quickly, and they pay attention to the little things. I feel 100% confident in recommending them to others. Thanks, guys! We appreciate you so much. It's such a blessing to find people who do good, solid work!

I could literally write a novel for what these people did to accommodate my parents issues with the plumbing. 100/10 recommend Gatlin for any plumbing issues. Their team is nothing short of outstanding and extremely knowledgeable . They beat a would be competitors rate by THOUSANDS. They fixed the problem at hand and only that problem as opposed to a the first company that said we need to do very extensive work and dig up pipe and blah blah blah in the end would have fixed the problem but was unnecessary work in the long haul. Once again thanks Gatlin your team is well rounded people persons that are very knowledgeable about their job . Keep up the awesome service . Hopefully we Dont have too (lol) but if we need to we WILL be back !!

This review is from a long long time ago. I have one of the olest homes in griffith. I wanted to hook into sewer and get rid septic. I called many places. Shouldnt be any trouble. WRONG...seems my house had zero sewer tap . Had no idea. Nobody called me back. I went down to Gatlin and told them story. They knew immed what I was talking about. The issue was they had to dig ACROSS street and hook into that tap. Most normal houses here had taps in front of them. Not mine. The job also included replacing main water pipe. Today 20 yrs later...still great. I have called them out numerous times and each time I was satisfied with work. Their prices are inline with others....but I dont care about price..many lie and many do not have exp that Gatlin has. Some things cannot be learned in a book.

We recently had a cold spell, and during the cold spell I had a pipe freeze and break which left water running out of my kitchen ceiling. I turned off the main valve and called Gatlin.

The woman on the phone was very nice as she made an appointment for me for the following morning. The next morning right on time I received a call from Eddie, the plumber, telling me that he was on his way.

Shortly after that he showed up and got to work. He was clearly experienced and patient and did a great job. Unfortunately he needed to cut a small hole in my kitchen ceiling but he took great care to keep it small and somewhat neat. He was obviously busy because while he was working on my issue he received two phone calls for other frozen pipes. However he did not let that distract him, he stayed focused on my job and got it done in about two hours.

I very much appreciated Eddie's help and I would use Gatlin plumbing again in the future.

Very satisfied with their service. Ed (the plumber) was prompt, knowledgeable, efficient, came well equipped, and was very courteous. I thought their pricing to be very reasonable as well. Even their office receptionist was very personable and professional. We all have jobs to do and I really appreciate the people who can do them with professionalism, fairness, and courtesy.

Excellent service at a fair price. The lady the answers the phone was very up front about their prices. Their plumber Eddie called in advance to say he was on the way as promised. Arrived on time. Was very professional clean and respectful . He worked at a steady pace as to not run up the bill. He took great pride in his work and did an excellent job. No up sells or added charges . Very happy overall. We do business with them again .

My husband and I are having a serious plumbing issue. He's a superb handyman, but our problem was unique and we needed guidance. Jeff at Gatlin has been amazing. I've talked with him twice on the phone now and each time he has been more than helpful. He explains everything thoroughly, takes time to answer more in-depth and has always listened to my gazillions of questions. Did I mention that he has done this for free? And without being pushy?
All in all, an excellent company-especially Jeff. It's hard to find someone knowledgeable who's willing to go the extra mile. And that's just what Jeff did. Thank you!!

Jeff has been our plumber for years. Honest, professional, helpful. He bailed us out today (sat) when the main water line to our house cracked and flooded the basement.
