Pros: nice store Cons: incompetent. We ordered several toilets, sinks and bathroom fixtures. One of the toilets received was used and came in a box that needed rolls of tape just to keep it from falling apart. It had been shipped and re-shipped several times. When we returned the items that were incorrectly recommended and ordered, we never received credit. One year later, we are still waiting for the credit. Every time we receive hear from them, a new number is suggested. How hard can it be? Don't shop here. Their competition is far more accommodating and responsive.

They totally screwed me today. I called to check if they had a part I needed before driving across town. The guy I spoke with assured me they had plenty in stock so I drove out there. I arrived to find out that they did not have the part I'd asked about.

Gateway Supply is absolutely the best place to go for all your plumbing and HVAC needs. I purchased quite a few supplies needed for multiple remodel projects, and every time the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. I was able to find what I needed and have it delivered right to my front door.
