Founded in 1964, Gateway Supply Company is among the largest privately owned supply houses in South Carolina. In April 1964, Sam Williams Sr., Jerry Munn, and Richard founded Gateway Supply Company, Inc. As professionals in the plumbing supply industry, these three individuals sought to establish a premier plumbing supply house, focusing on outstanding customer service and consistent inventory availability.

While all the original founders have passed away, Gateway Supply proudly employs 154 dedicated team members. With leadership from the second generation and the upcoming third generation, Gateway Supply remains true to the vision established by its founders more than 50 years ago.
