I called Nick this past Saturday morning because my sink got stopped up on both sides. He was at my house within an hour. I originally thought my disposal needed to be replaced but he took a look and said my pipes were clogged. He also found a pipe had been repaired incorrectly and fixed it! I was so thankful he was so quick to get out. I even asked him about another problem I was having where my shower smelled like rotten eggs (ew). He got in there and fix it too! I highly recommend Nick! He was great!

Had an annoying leak that lead us to have to turn off the water through our whole house, called Nick and luckily he was able to arrive within 30 minutes. He did a great job in repairing the leak on the shut off valves to both my toilet and sink. Great affordable prices and to my surprise he was done with both within 2 hours! Great service and Nick is such a great guy! Will have him do more plumbing work at my home in the very near future!

On sunday afternoon at 4:30 I come to the house and I see a big wet spot where the house meets the ground, with water seemingly seeping out from under the house.

Worried that it could be the stuff of nightmares (the dreaded underground leak), I call around to multiple places including one owned by a personal friend of mine and nobody could get back to me let alone get out to me.

I call gateway, and Nick picks up his phone and is literally at my house in under 20 minutes. He checks the meter and does some other things and we conclude it's not an underground leak but something else having to do with the hose faucet. (An easy home depot type fix)

I tried to pay him for coming out on a Sunday evening, and he refuses to take any money insisting he didn't actually do anything and just that I should call him if I have a problem where he actually has to work.

This man was clearly competent and knew what he was doing, but there are plenty of those out there. The key for a home contractor is that hes honest and won't take you for a ride. Combine that with quick response and you pretty much have an all time winner, And that is Nick.

From now on when I have a plumbing issue in any of my prproperties these will be the guys I call.

We had a clogged pipe that we couldn't fix! It was such an inconvenience to our guest. We couldn't use the sink the showers the bathtub. It was a real nightmare. We made several calls to different plumbers and they we either too high and to too low in orice. And I'm a firm believer in you get what you pay for. Gateway Rooters where priced at the right price. I feel like we had the best of both worlds. The gentleman Nick came as promised on time and totally professional. He was honest and courteous. Explained everything that would be done and why. You know to ease the process for us who don't understand what needs to be done.
So he took care of our problem in a timely manner. The level of cleanliness was impressive. Highly recommended to anyone looking for top notch quality service and delivery. It's set in stone for me and my family. Gateway rooting it is. Will continue to be our family plumbers. Thank guys and keep up the great work. Appreciate your help in our time of need.

I wish everyone works like Nick. I called in the evening , he showed up in the morning the next day and fixed it pretty quickly.
I wish I did not spend money and time on trying to fix it myself and called him right away.

i called Gateway Rooter to schedule an appointment and Nick came out the same day accessed the situation ran his camera down my clogged sewer and found the root of the problem, made the necessary repairs and even added a sewer clean out thanks Nick No more sewage in my tub yay, just to let you know you not only saved our home but saved us a little over four thousand dollars.

The Gateway guys are solid. I've used multiple plumbers in the past, and these guys are at the top. They know what they're doing, price fairly and are efficient. What more can I ask for? I've had them clear out laundry/kitchen pipes and video my pipes to see where the tree roots were blocking them. 3 of my neighbors use them now, too. If you need an honest, smart plumber, ring these guys.

A friend of mine recommend Gateway Plumbing and Rooter and after speaking to them on the phone, it was ease tell that they knew plumbing. Scheduling an appointment was very easy and Nicko showed up on time and worked quickly to install a water line to my refrigerator.

Once he finished, he checked out all the faucets as a preventive measure and as a courtesy.

I highly recommend Gateway Plumbing & Rooter (not the other guys with a similar name) and I will call them again if I ever need plumbing help.

I had an unbelievably good experience with this company.

I help our my Auntie Jane down in LA and I called Gateway Rooter to remove and replace an old drip pipe that went all the way to the roof.

First, they had the best estimate.

Them, before doing the job, we were given a free camera inspection.

During the job the plumbers notice how the exterior siding was cracked behind the old pipe and water was getting between the walls. Not only did Gateway discover the problem, they filled the crack and repaired the problem before installing a new pipe, saving Auntie further costs down the road.

When they were finished they took the old pipe and cleaned their mess and I wasn't charged extra for the repair they made to the siding.

I called they back on a second occasion and they replaced a toilet and sink they were so good.
