Sandy S.Richard the owner, and Howard the Assistant manager came out within an hour of me calling, which was late in the afternoon ( I had wter coming out from under my house). They assessed the problem, and found that my water heater pipes were leaking, and got in gear to fix it. After Richard had left, Howard stuck to his guns to fix the pipes, he worked until dark, but one pipe was just giving him trouble. He said he would have to come back with a different pipe to repair the one giving him trouble the next day. He came out right away, after I called him to let him know I was home from work, and within twenty minutes I had my water back on!!! YAY!
This plumbing company has it going on! They are professional, but personable, and talk you through the process. They explain things, and by golly, are not afraid to get into the mud, (really was messy under my house, I felt bad) but there was Howard laying his head into a puddle to get to that pipe! Bless his heart...anyway, I don't give reviews as a rule, but this company earned it. These people are just nice, and they are my official plumbers for my house...thanks guys. Sandy Sullivan
