This company was hired by my terrible warranty company. Gateway sends a person that apparently had no idea what he was doing. He had to call to ask what to do. I guess he was told to snake my toilet which put about 5 deep gouges in the bottom of the toilet. Now they will not send out the master plumber or submit a report to the warranty company. Leaving me with a toilet that looks like I don't clean it. You are better off doing it yourself. Never use Gateway or First American Home Warranty

Our drain backed up into the downstairs laundry tub. We thought it was from one specific bathroom in our room addition so we started using another bathroom upstairs. Luckily no further backups occurred. Two days after we called, James and Chris from Gateway Plumbing came out. They determined that the stoppage was actually in the main part of the house and that eventually all our bathrooms, kitchen and laundry would have caused backups. The guys were very professional and hard working. Thanks, Gateway, for diagnosing and correcting the problem.
