Matt B.I recommend you save yourself the time and aggravation and find a different roofer. I scheduled a date and time for Gene from Gates Roofing to look at my roof and give me a quote to replace it, but he never showed. I called back to reschedule, he never apologized or even acknowledged that he had stood me up. I hesitated to reschedule, but gave him the benefit of the doubt. When he was 25 min late for the new (re-scheduled) appointment, I called and cancelled with him as I had a small window of free time. He very rudely hung up on me mid-sentence.
I DON'T recommend Gates roofing!!!
