** Outstanding Service - Highly Recommended!**

I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but after the week I've had, I HAD to give a huge shoutout to Nick for his incredible work.

I reached out to a few plumbers before finding Nick, and the quotes I received were outrageous--they were around $3,000 - $8,000. I'm not sure if they assumed I wouldn't know better because I'm a woman, but there was simply no way the job I needed done cost that much for a day of work. One plumber claimed it was all digging labor, another tried to upsell me on a new line. For reassurance, I even checked with the Sacramento Suburban Water District, and they said it should be $1,000 tops--even though I knew that was on the high end.

That's when I turned to Nick. I sent him some pictures, and he immediately offered a fair quote. Even better, he came out in person to double-check what needed to be done. Coming from a family of contractors in LA, I'm not easily fooled, and Nick's assessment was spot on--exactly what my contractor cousin said would fix the issue.

Unfortunately, the water issue dragged on due to the Del Paso Water District needing to update old infrastructure. I was left without water for nearly a week. Nick went above and beyond, taking it upon himself to call the city people and coordinate the work. He was honest, patient, and professional, even when dealing with circumstances completely beyond his control. I appreciated his efforts so much that I gave him extra compensation for the added stress and time--he truly deserved it.

Although this entire ordeal stemmed more from the Del Paso Water District's end, I'm incredibly grateful for Nick's dedication and the help from the Sacramento Suburban Water District. In all honesty, the Del Paso Water District should be dismantled and merged into the Sacramento Suburban Water District for the sake of better service.

If you're looking for someone reliable who genuinely cares about his customers and the quality of his work, Nick is your guy. I highly recommend him and will absolutely be using him for all my future plumbing needs!

First, let me start off by saying we're kinda DIY'ers. That is, until we can't. Thanksgiving Eve while installing a new sink, we wound up with a busted pipe?. Biting my nails, worrying about dinner and the plumber's holiday emergency bill...I requested quotes from Yelp. Nick was one that reached out, we called, my son explained what went wrong. He gave us a ballpark estimate and what could cause the estimate to go up and if so by how much.
He came, he saw, he conquered all in a timely manner and on the low side of the estimate!!!
Moving forward, before starting a new project we will evaluate our skill set and call Nick first! Thank you so much for me being able to use my new sink to prepare my Thanksgiving meal

My garbage disposal stopped working while I was in the middle of prepping for a dinner party. The disposal was making funny noises and my sink started to get full of water. I contacted Gates on Saturday morning. Nicholas was at his son's baseball game and came over during the game, that alone says a lot about this company. Nicholas was able to replace my garbage disposal and I kindly asked that he install a new sensor faucet since he was already there. My new faucet looks great and my garbage disposal works great. Thank you Gates for your prompt service and for saving my dinner party.
