Andres is super responsive, efficient, reasonable prices, and gets the job done with a smile. During the pandemic he's been very careful about wearing a mask properly at all times. He's done several jobs for me, both large and small, and I sent him to my mom's house too. I really couldn't recommend him more highly. Thank you Andres!

We purchased a 90+ year old home in Oakland back in June. One of the most urgent things we needed to get done was to get our sump pump replaced. As simple as it may sound, to our surprise, it took us MONTHS to find someone that offered an expert solution at a reasonable price.

What do I mean by expert solution? With city codes of not mixing rain water with drain water, proper drainage, etc. different plumbers offered different solutions (over 10-15 different solutions), which was beyond overwhelming as first-time homeowners.

Finally, November/rainy season rolled around and we couldn't wait any longer. I found Andy on Nextdoor who was highly recommended by neighbors. I texted him on a Saturday or Sunday, Andy came over on 8am Monday morning, offered to fix the sump pump right there and then with a proper solution, all at a reasonable price.

He did a great job - his work was clean and aesthetically pleasing while fixing our problem! He is honest, transparent, fair and will not try to oversell you on things you don't need. He will be our go-to plumber! Thank you, Andy!

Andy was prompt, responsive, and his work was perfect. We had called him to connect a new refrigerator, and ad hoc he helped my understand and then fixed the handle on the upstairs toilet which has never worked properly even after I replaced it. He is so nice, fast, focused, efficient--we would call him again in a heartbeat, though hoping we will not need to!

Andy is terrific. We had him come look at our almost 15 year old water heater that was making a god awful noise (he fit us in last minute at the end of what I'm sure was a long work day for him). Long story short, the water heather was completely dead and dangerous (leaking and corosive). This was on a Monday or Tuesday. Knowing we needed hot water, Andy switched some things around and was able to come and install our new tankless Navien water heater on Thursday. He and his 2 guys were fantastic. The installation took one day (from about 8 AM -6:30 PM) and was super clean and to code and Andy explained everything to me (and I had lots of questions, lol). We are so grateful that Andy was able to get us back up and running with hot water so quickly and we LOVE our new tankless water heater. We would 100% call Andy when any other plumbing situations come up. Great guy and great crew!!

Great service! We needed two water heaters replaced and Andres came promptly to provide a reasonable estimate and worked with us so we understood all of our options. He ended up installing a beautiful tankless water heater (Navien) and a tank water heater for our bottom unit. His work looks clean and organized and he works very professionally. Highly recommend!

Andy showed up in a mask and quickly and efficiently repaired my toilet. This was the second time he made a repair for me (not the same problem!). He is very pleasant, left the bathroom clean, and charged a reasonable fee. I will be using him again in the future if I need plumbing repairs.
