You will not meet a nicer, more professional, efficient and reasonable plumber than Andy! He responded to me immediately and was able to come over the same day to help with 4 different plumbing issues which he was able to fix in less than 2 hours. A serious gem who knows his stuff, inside and out!! :)

I highly recommend Andres and Gasca Plumbing! He was able to come same day, explained everything thoroughly, and was reasonably priced. I'd definitely call him again!

After getting two recommendation from Next Door for this one company and Andy the owner I didn't even get a second estimate. After a lovely experience (!) with getting a new water heater he gave me some very useful tips about my low water pressure. Look no further.

Andres and his helper were great. They were nice, quick, and reasonable. I will definitely call them again.

This is 5 star service but Yelp changes it to 4 when I save. Not happy.
Andres came over right away. Super nice. Very professional. Though my issue with my toilet wasn't complex, I appreciated him being able to address it quickly. He clearly explained what the problems were, how he would fix them, how long it would take, and what it would cost.
He was neat and left my bathroom exactly how he found it, and was in and out before I could finish my conference call. I immediately sent his info to my neighbor and said - File this. We got a winner!

Andy responded quickly to my request for help. He came within the window given, wore a mask, did his work quickly and was friendly. I've used him twice and would choose him again.

Andy Gasca arrived at my house on time and in full protective gear, which was most appreciated. He skillfully handled 3 plumbing tasks within a relatively short period of time. His work was done efficiently and with care. I highly recommend Gasca Plumbing & Rooter; Andy was both personable and professional.

**HIGHLY RECOMMEND** I have been working with Gasca Plumbing and Rooter for the last two years. Each job I've had done (all residential) I've been so impressed by the final product, attention to detail, cleanliness, and responsiveness of Andy and his team. Thorough, respectful, and professional. Tons of experience and true experts. You won't regret it!

We've used Gasca Plumbing & Rooter a couple of times now. Andy is great to work with. He's very clear with the plan to resolve the issue and executes exactly according to the agreed, plan. Both times he showed up on time and completed the repairs quickly!

Andy is my answer to ALL those lurking insecurities about hiring a plumbing professional-- for several reasons:
--He has a strong moral compass and it shows in his interactions with people. That is really important to me.
--He is a family man working hard for his beautiful wife and young son and will proudly show you photos of them.
--He knows his stuff: When diagnosing the problem with my front-loading washer, it was like watching a physician and patient...tapping here gently...listening there.
--He tells you what you need to know -- even when you don't want to hear it, ""It's time for a new washer, and this is why...""
--He tells you how to best manage your options and expectations, ""If you call another repairman tell him to listen here...""
--His work is expert and fast. Not everyone who works by the hour is motivated to be quick.
--He has the right tools to get the job done quickly. (I've seen him unclog my disposal in less that a minute many, many times)
--He keeps you in the loop with texting. If he's stuck repairing someone's toilet that blew up, he's text you and let you know he's running later than planned. So you don't spend the afternoon waiting for someone -- like the cable guy.
--When dealing with my apartment's built-in appliances and my landlord, he manages communication between himself and the building manager. He is great with tenants.
--He'll often ask you to text images of the problem: He did this with my leaking water heater. it saved him a trip. Saved my kitchen floor. Helped him pick out a replacement heater. And reduced the cost of the entire project.
I am a 23-year, San Francisco Bay Area renter and the owner of various large appliances, including a refrigerator, with ice maker hook-up and a front-loading washer.
Over this period I have dealt with numerous plumbers and repairmen -- as a tenant and as an appliance owner --and know the EXTREME stress these transactions can trigger.
Calling a plumber can feel like walking onto a used car lot: I'm outta my depth -- and I know it. Unfortunately, so do unscrupulous tradesmen and they've done their share of damage to my residence and possessions.
I could share recent horror stories of doing business with ""professionals"" who are intentionally misleading; drunk; racist; incompetent; abusive; negligent and irresponsible. The worst part was that feeling of powerlessness...to get a project done, well. To me, that means: having the problem, remedies, timeline and costs clearly identified and communicated before and during project; and review and agreement on the quality to the service provided. To me, that means calling Andy.
