Discovered a small leak around the bathroom sink and found Andy on Yelp & Nextdoor. Reached out via text and Andy replied within minutes. Scheduled our service for two days later since it wasn't urgent. On the day of the service, we received an update on when his team member would arrive. Edger showed up and was very friendly & professional. Took his time to diagnose & ended up replacing a valve. The next morning, observed a small drip in another area of the sink and called up Andy again. He was very responsive and scheduled another visit on the same day. Edger returned with another team member & worked diligently to diagnose the problem. Fortunately, no leak was found along the pipe/valve and Andy did not charge for this visit. Overall, we had a very positive experience with Gasca Plumbing and would recommend his services without hesitation.

1. Andy is responsive. He picks up the phone when called, listened, gave me an appt promptly. Unfortunately on the day of the appt, he had van issues but let me know before the appt slot and offered me a next day appt. I appreciated his prompt communication.
2. Andy and his assistant, Edgar, are very pleasant, polite, and helpful. I'm sure I mislead them with my amateur assessments but they still found the leak/s, proposed solutions, and even offered creative additions that would help with irrigation water shut off in the future.
3. As chance would have it, our water heater died 30 min before they arrived. Andy gave me a reasonable estimate and even recommended going with a lesser capacity water heater to save on gas costs. He picked up a water heater and installed same day.
4. Andy and Edgar cleaned up efficiently and proficiently after they completed their work. No mess, no fuss.
No reservations using Andy Gasca and highly recommend. Bonus that they are super nice and helpful!!

Andres (Andy) knew just what to do to help fix a hopelessly clogged kitchen sink in an old house (that was also connected to the dishwasher drainage).

After a friend's enthusiastic recommendation, I called him and left a message. Within 5 minutes, I had a call back with an estimate to be at our house within a couple of hours--which was accurate. He texted when he was a half hour away.

Andres and his assistant carefully used the doormat upon entering the house (without me saying anything) and then took care of the problem quickly and at a very fair price. He was also very happy to answer general plumbing questions while he worked.

After unclogging the drain, he noted that part of the drain pipe was corroded (which he showed me after replacing the section). After unclogging the drain and replacing the rusted section, he carefully checked to make sure everything was working before heading off.

With his quick response time, expertise, fair pricing, combined with his very cheerful and professional demeanor, I can see why my friend told me to look no further for a go-to plumber!

We used Gasca Plumbing (Andres) to replace a leaking water heater. He responded immediately to my phone call, came within an hour to diagnose the problem, and replaced the water heater same day. When I realized later that the circulating hot water pump wasn't working (which was probably my fault for not turning it off when I turned off the hot water), he charged no labor for replacing it. Highly recommended.

The last thing I ever expected to do in my life was to tip a plumber. Honestly, who the hell tips a PLUMBER?! Well... you know those old posters that show ""fast,"" ""good,"" and ""cheap"" and tell you to pick two? With Andy Gasca, you get all three... plus ""super friendly,"" ""great listener,"" ""cleans up as he goes,"" ""impeccably groomed,"" ""odor-free,"" and perhaps best of all, ""not a hint of butt crack."" Let's face it: Realizing it's time to call a plumber is horrifying. Choosing one is petrifying. Hoping they actually show up and do the work and don't take one of your arms or legs as payment is terrifying. Praying they won't leave permanent plumber grease stains and aromas is nightmare-inducing. When Andy knocked on my door right on time, flashed his friendly smile, and got right to work, all my fears melted away. He even laughed at all my jokes! I mean, c'mon! I was pinching myself to see if I was dreaming. By the time he left, I was practically giddy with relief that there are still great tradespeople out there. So yeah, I tipped him $20. If you need a great plumber, don't stress yourself out getting overpriced bids or leaving messages that might not even get returned. Breathe easy and just HIRE THIS GUY.

Very highly recommend Andy Gasca!!! He responded with my request for a gas shut-off valve installation quote right away, and came out to do the job 2 days later. He was reasonably priced, very efficient, and a lovely person. We will no doubt be reaching out to him again for future projects.
