Gas Appliance Specialists are the only ones to call. I've used them twice to service my gas fireplace. And I cannot say enough good things about Dan. He is polite and courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. And very zen. Quiet and efficient. In the past, I've had two other companies come out. One was obnoxious. And one was dismissive. But only good, excellent, customer service from Dan with Gas Appliance Specialists. Thank you, Dan!

Starting in 1998, I've repeatedly chosen to work with Dan of G.A.S., a few times for repairs, after he installed 6 nat. gas appliances in my home in Springfield--2 wall heaters, then 2 fireplace gas logs, later switching to gas dryer & stove. Today we had to replace the 1st 2 wall heaters he installed in 1998, so 22 years ago. Dan is responsive, prompt, thorough, careful to explain all you need to know, all bases covered, resolves every detail, reasonably priced. FIVE STAR SERVICE EVERY TIME!!!

Dan Smith is extremely professional and responsive!! He helped us with replacing an igniter and oven element for our gas oven. There was a small glitch a couple months later with the electric connection and he came first thing the next morning and fixed it with no charge!!! Not even a service charge. He stands by his work and we highly recommend him!!
