My contractor asked them to do a simple job. Brazing a charged line and recharging it. This would have taken them 1 hour. They repeatedly put off the job after telling my GC that they would come. Week after week they did this. After 2 months they finally showed up and said they weren't interested in the job. This is after we explained to them what the job was multiple times and they agreed they could do it and did it all the time.
KA S.If I could give zero stars I would. Three years after a complete renovation Garzone's work has completely failed. The first incident just under a year after his work, a failed joist pipe that was incorrectly fitted that warranted another plumber and an over $800 bill. And now another incorrectly installed pipe discovered by yet another plumber (the first has moved on) with an additional $600 to fix. Mind you, this was a to-the-studs gut renovation that Garzone was working with.
Do yourself a favor and stay away. Absolute terrible plumber who doesn't care and does not back up his work. Go elsewhere.
Linda Q.We made an appointment in March 2017 to have a toilet repaired. No one showed up or called. After calling them, Garzone's technician came one week later (mar 27) and put in a new filler valve. My condo was being rented for ski season. My tenants left April 15th. Upon cleaning my condo in early Nov to get ready for new ski season, my cleaning lady tells me that two toilets out of 3 are not working (one of which was the one that was repaired in March just before my tenants left). I called Garzone to see if they would guarantee their work. The condo had been vacant since 4/15. I also asked them to fix the 2nd toilet not working. Garzone did not guarantee their work! They told me that someone had put chemicals in the toilet with the brand new filler valve and it ate the plastic!! They also charged me for a repair of the 3rd toilet that I did not ask for. They tell me it was ""broken"" when my cleaning lady was there the week before and it was working fine! I do not believe them. I feel they are making up a story to cover up for them not properly fixing this toilet the first time. I will pay their bill but never use them again! I do not trust them!
