Leo is very patient and professional in his approach . They made extra effort to ensure everything was completed on time, and we were able to move back into the house before our rental lease expired.

The only suggestion I have for future customers, is that they take few minutes and understand the overtime clause in contract properly while signing. Their prices are low, and GP is a small business. So they are protecting themselves from risk of unexpected things happening in the project, which takes too much of their time.

I recently did major renovations on my house. My contractor hired this company to do the plumbing. Leo, the owner gave him a proposal and got the job. Withing a few months of starting, he asked for $10K more than what was agreed upon. He then proceeded to put a lean on my house. I've dealt with numerous contractors during this project, but this guy is a real con artist. I wouldn't recommed getting anywhere near this company. I know have to hire an attourney and sue him.
