As a new owner of a rental property, it is overwhelming trying to find the right person/company who you can trust to get the job done reliably and at a fair price. I had initially founded a company through Angie's List to snake my tenant's bathtub. After the work was done, the tub drained marginally better and was told by the plumber that it was an old property so I should either try hydro-jetting or re-piping to get the result I wanted. So the initial price of $79 spent on snaking now could skyrocket to another $800 for hydro-jetting or repiping one unit $5000. I believed him and started checking on Yelp for a good company that did hydro-jetting. There I was fortunate to find Gary's Rooter and Hydro-Jetting. I spoke to Gary and told him the story and how I needed hydro-jetting and he said 99% of the time you would not need hydro-jetting for a bathtub and all I needed was a good snaking. I have NEVER heard of a company dissuading me from spending more money! I held my breath and hoped it wasn't a scam. Fernando came over and did the job in less then 30 minutes and completed the job successfully for $99! Gary and his team saved me lots of money and gained my lifelong trust!

I've used Gary multiple times. He is such a professional and easy to work with. Being a real estate agent.. I need my go-to team. He is my go to when it comes to sewer/plumbing work. With all of the positive reviews, I thought it would take a while to schedule Gary for a small service for snaking out a kitchen sink and 2 bathroom sinks. Nope, Gary was able to come out a couple of days later. Overall, a very professional job. Snaked out the 3 sinks quickly and the price was very reasonable. Made sure I saw and tested all the sinks when he was done. Checked for leaks. When they came in the house, they even put on the blue little booties to keep the floors clean. It is the little stuff that shows the attention to detail.

Will definitely use again!

Called Gary's because of the reviews here and so happy I did. Abraham came out on Friday and found my issues in my sewer line with a camera. He showed me the problem area and then went over options on how to proceed. There was never a hard sell just options and very reasonable prices compared to other plumbers I have had out. Abraham showed up the next morning (Saturday) and replaced my sewer from my house to the street that day. I'm happy to have found a good honest plumber.

To be honest, I would like to give him ""10 Stars"".
Since my kitchen had drain problem more than two weeks, I called many plumbers for help. However, each of them told me a different story and their quote can not be acceptable.
They told me the quote between $800 to $1450 to just clean the drain. Some said It definitely needs ""HydroJet Clean"". Others said that I need whole kitchen pipe to be changed.
Normally, I read Yelp review to find restaurants, services and stores, and same as plumbers,
I picked several plumbers from four to five star review, but now I don't trust yelp five star except this.
He fixed our clogged drain in just a half hour with normal rooter.
As soon as he inserted snake head to my kitchen drain, he told me ""Are you ready to pay? It will finish soon"" He is AMAZING.

PROFESSIONAL & TIMELY. Gary and team rescued us from a backed up sewer line. Thankfully we caught it early and it didn't back up into the house! We asked to have him run a camera down the line and identified tree roots that had entered the line causing the clog and backflow. While I will have to deal with the tree, thankfully, Gary was able to cut the roots and we regained full flow of the sewer line again. Their pricing is very fair and I highly recommend their service!

Gary just left my house to do hydro jetting for our kitchen line. He was quick and clean. He explained the issue we had then Gary and his assistant got right to work. When it was done, he brought out his camera and showed me the line all the way to the main. The pipes were clean. I turned on the kitchen faucet and the bathroom sink too, all the water was flowing quickly, we could see it with the camera, very cool! My husband and I are Realtors too, we will be using him from now on. He even replaced the access cap for free. It was a little thing, but we really appreciated it.

Afterwards, he and his assistant wiped down all their hoses with a towel (wow, he's tidy too) AND he scooped up all the nasty stuff that came out of the pipes (it was a muddy mess next to the house) and put it in a sealed trash bag. Then he hosed it all down again, just to make sure the nasty stuff was gone. Thank you Gary!

You know, I had just called him yesterday, after I had gotten two other bids from other plumbers. Both were very high priced. Gary's price was half the others. Highly Suggest Gary's Rooter!
