Heard a gurgling sound from the shower drain and knew there was a blockage in the main sewer line. Called Gary and got his voicemail, left a message, and he called back within about 15 minutes. He had a couple of jobs scheduled, said what time he could be here, and showed up when he said he would. He gave a fair estimate, performed the hydro-jetting, and ran a camera through the line. 50 year old clay pipes looked almost new.

Gary gave a one year warranty for his work. He was fair and honest. Would recommend him and use him again.

Woke up this weekend to a bit of a mess on the side of our home. Turns out our main drain line was backed up and all the pipes in our house were exiting from the cleanout on the side of the house. And I mean ALL of them, if you know what I mean. Not a pretty site. And this after we just finished a total remodel of our bathroom! Anyway on Monday a.m. before 8 i desperately left a message for Gary after reading all the glowing reviews on Yelp. As many have said, Gary called me back within 5-10 minutes, and we quickly arranged for him to come out on the same day between 12-2. I was concerned about this as I had taken off from work to get this taken care of, and couldn't afford to take any more days off during the week. Sure enough he showed up with his associate right around 12 as promised, and even called to let me know he was on the way.

Gary snaked the main line and was able to pull out a nice big chunk of roots. We had had similar problems before, but it had been a number of years, so I wasn't surprised. Anyway, after snaking I chose to have him run the camera down the line to get a better look. As he thought, there were still more roots and the camera wasn't even able to go all the way due to the blockage. I HATE plumbing problems, so we discussed the effectiveness of hydro jetting vs. snaking and he thought he could get it much cleaner with the hydro. He had to leave to go back and get the hydro unit. When he came back, he had a huge machine in tow, No kidding this thing is HUGE! Anyway, Gary did the hydro and ran the camera again, and the difference was like night and day. All the roots I saw before were gone, and his camera was able to go all the way down to the city drain line. Job done.

I've only met him once, but I agree with everyone here, that Gary is very reliable, affordable and honest. Unfortunately a rarity in other plumbers I've used. I've already added him to my address book and won't hesitate to use him again!

Gary is great; he's honest, smart, and works fast. I called in the morning with a backed up tub and he came by within hours, sorted out the problem right away, and didn't try to talk me into doing work I didn't need. I'd hire him again in a second!

Gary provides a great service at reasonable rates. I needed a sewer line hydro-jetted for roots. He came out on time and took care of the problem. I asked him to check-out the other building next door. He gave me an honest assessment and told me that the line was fine and that it did not need servicing! No sale of unneeded service. Gary is someone who obviously loves his job. He is thorough and his pricing is more than fair for the value you get. He was exactly on time, and spent more time than the typical time it takes to root a pipe. He has all the good equipment, so when I needed to see inside the sewer lines, all he had to do was go to the truck for the video equipment. We were able to discover a chronic problem, and Gary offered to set up further work at minimal cost to solve it once and for all.

What the Yelpers write is true!

Here's my story. The sewer line in my apartment building was backing up and water was not flowing freely to the street. So, yesterday I took my time and surfed the Internet to locate a plumber who customers rated the plumber to be exceptional, professional, thorough and honest. On Yelp, I found Gary's listing and read about 30 reviews which all gave Gary a rating of 5 or better, if they could have.

I called Gary, he answered his phone, we spoke briefly and we scheduled his service call the next day. The next day he was wrapping up a job and was running late but he called to let me know. When he arrived, he was very pleasant, he listened to my situation, he gave me a run down on what he was going to do and then he gave me a very reasonable price for the work to be done.

During the work process he kept me informed of his discoveries and further explained his next steps. Gary spent just under 2 hours to fix the problem which were roots in the sewer pipes. With his camera in tow, Gary showed me the cleaned sewer lines from my clean out pipe to the street sewer. Clean as a whistle...

Gary also gave me a one year warranty on his work. Awesome.

Anyone who has a sewer problem - don't look any further, Gary is ""the man"" you want to call for help. I am happy with the quality of work, the work completed and the price I paid for his services. Without any hesitation I will definitely use his services again and recommend him if someone should ask, ""do you know a plumber?"". Thank goodness for Yelpers and for Gary.

After reviewing all the GREAT reviews. I decided to give him a call last night. This was after hours, so I left a message and he called back right away. WOW! I told him a had a Main Drain backup and he gave me a quote. I made an appointment with him directly and he showed up the next day at the time frame he said he would show up. He and his partner came and resolved the issues after hydro-jetting the Main Drain. GREAT JOB! GREAT SERVICE!! Would definitely recommend/re-use his service. THANKS again GARY!!!
