I had a main line that stopped up after just having it rootered about 3 months ago, as a preventive measure. They gave me no warranty so I wanted to find someone else to do a more thorough job and use a camera so I could see the condition of my main line. After looking on Yelp and Angie's List I decided to call Gary. He suggested we hydrojet the line and he would give me a video and determine if there were any breaks in the line or just cracks, all for a reasonable price. He came the next morning exactly on time and spent about an hour hydrojetting the line. He showed me what was in the line as he was doing it and later gave me a DVD of the cleaned line, plus a 1 year guarantee. He and his partner cleaned up beautifully. It's only been a few hours, but I'm very satisfied with the work Gary did and I feel confident that he will be there if a problem arises.

Being a new homeowner isn't easy. Last week I had another plumber come out, he completely missed the appointment window, didn't explain any of the issues, just quoted me two prices, and left.

This week, Abraham from Gary's Rooter came out on time! He found some other issues I needed to address under the foundation and got a restoration company out to dry it out. Abraham took the time to explain the issues and showed me the cameras in the pipes. I could easily see the work that needed to be done.

While the overall project wasn't cheap, I understood the pricing and know so much more about my home!

Honestly did a great job. I had a couple of plumbing issues. They called me right back, came on time, did a thorough job of explaining, fixed what they could and were honest w/ an item that would be costly to fix and how to 'band aid' it in the meantime. I have another issue and just called them again, to use them for a 2nd time. I do recommend them.

another plumber worked on our drainage from our toilet and said that our sewer is full of roots and needs hydrojetting. After checking with yelp reviews, I contacted Gary thinking that he may not come to Manhattan beach after all since he is located in Glendale. But to my surprise, he agreed to come to our place and did so on the agreed date. He told me on the phone itself how much it costs for hydrojetting and after he arrived, he tried to put the camera in the sewer but it was too clogged. He hydro jetted the sewer and showed me that most of the roots and stuff are gone. then he used the camera in the toilet drain, and it did not look too bad. But the camera showed that the toilet drain pipe broke at the top where it met the main sewer. He used the locator for free and marked exactly where the broken section of the pipe is. After that he hydro jetted the second sewer (it also had several roots) for free and he showed me the inside of sewer pipe. He is very helpful and flexible. Only thing I wish was he brought the snake with him to really clear the toilet drain. The other guys that snaked the toilet last month were kind of wishy washy but I am not sure that they did a good job. James suggested that we put in a two way clean out to clean the sewer that went all the way back to our guest room. We will do that as time and budget permits. I only wish James business is close by, but he lives so far and it won't be fair to ask him to come for routine plumbing jobs. He is a good guy and I am glad that we got him to do our work.

Gary showed up on time and hydro-jetted my main line which was pretty blocked. Not only was he very thorough and cleaned up perfectly afterwards, he also took the time to send the camera down, and showed me where the issues are in our pipe and what/how they could rectify them.

Will definitely be using them again and just wish I had found them years ago! Thanks Gary!

I am SO SO VERY HAPPY! Our main sewer line could not be cleared by our usual plumber after 3 1/2 hours of rotoring. I phoned Gary, he came out within an hour,and had the blockage cleared in no longer than 10 minutes!! He then showed me with his camera my sewer line from the beginning to the city sewer connection BRAND NEW CLEAN! I was anticipating some kind of tree root clog, but a just backed up clog! Then he hosed down any mess and the driveway, like there had never been any problem! Gary and his very helpful assistant were PLEASANT, THOROUGH, INFORMATIVE, CLEAN, HELPFUL and most importantly HONEST! I had called around and Gary was the best price I found so I was very skeptical! Gary was very patient with my skepticism and proved himself uber trustworthy!! I even called my usual plumber and told them of my wonderful experience! They were very happy for me!!
He DID NOT ask me to Yelp my experience, which so many companies do, and I just can't say enough good things about my experience! You can imagine the anxiousness when a problem like this arises, so it was such a relief to find Gary's Rooter & Hydro Jetting! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!

Gary's service is perfect. He really cares about his clients. He did a superb job cleaning out my sewer line. It's spotless. It's 100 degrees today, and I forgot to ask him to check a clean out in the back. He unpacked his truck, walked up my 51 stairs, and checked it all out for me. All of this at around 5pm on a Saturday. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He's a very nice guy, who does really great work.
