This is the worst and most unprofessional service I have ever received. Will tell you one price and then it is higher. Doesn't finish or correct wrongs. Won't talk calls. Beware of this company....stay away, there are too many honest companies out there.

Gary's installed all my plumbing when we built 10 years ago and we have used them since for repairs. I recently called because we had a water closet that was refilling during the night with no flushing activity and our water pressure was low. We had two servicemen come to fix the flapper in the water closet and to adjust a water pressure valve that Gary's had installed earlier. The work took about 15 minutes to complete both jobs when one man could have finished in less than 30 minutes. We were charged for 2 hours labor ( 1 for each man). I have called 3 times over the past 12 days to complain about the charge and have been told it is on Gary's desk and someone will call me. I am sure it won't make a difference but I will not use them again since they don't have the courtesy to return my call.

Great service from start to finish! Talked to a real person immediately on calling for service. I was able to talk directly with the person doing the work and even chatted and shared photos of the job by text to make sure everyone was on the same page. Lowest quote out of all plumbers called. Scheduled me next day, showed up on time and got the work done very quickly and efficiently. Workmen were friendly and paid close attention to detail and made sure they didn't make a mess and cleaned up well afterward, even with it being a rainy day and having to remove an old water heater. Top of my list for future work!

One of the worst subcontractors we have dealt with - creates his own problems and blames others. Is unresponsive to calls and emails. Comes off as old school and trustworthy but is just the old school part.
