Could not recommend more. Gary replaced my hot water heater, cleared some drains, and replaced multiple shutoffs. I was surprised to see some 1 star reviews here but then I read them and they are all associated with call back concerns. Not sure what to tell those people. Maybe be a little patient?

I Had a clogged drain in my upstairs shower. ( small job) I called Garys plumbing. Gary said he would be there at 4pm. 4 PM it was. Prompt service and a free flowing drain. I am not going to bother fixing any more plumbing. I am calling Gary!

Huh. Wish i could say i had good service from this company.... but i never got a call back to try him out.

Called on Monday for a bath tub faucet leak. Usually we would try to fix this but since we just got the tub reglazed and that guy have us a strict caution about the sensitivity of the tub we figured we would give this guy a try.... you know, a professional. ..
Phone rang forever. A total dingbat picked up the phone and asked what i wanted. ... huh? What a nice greeting.

I gave a quick explanation of the situation to which she responded ""so you want to have your tub reglazed?"" I was very confused about this lady... apparently had a listening problem. So i repeated that i had a leak i wanted to get fixed. She explained that she didn't get it..... not sure what there was to ""get.""

She asked for my information... multiple times.

And then asked me to spell Canton.... sad for a company based in C-a-n-t-o-n.
Never got a call back.... cant say we didn't try to keep our business local!

Excellent. I rarely write reviews. Two thumbs up for Gary. Called with an issue, he talked me through it over the phone, and basically told me to save my money, I had already done everything he would have to address the issue. Refreshing honesty. Will definitely go back to him for all of my plumbing issues. Trust is worth a lot for customers!

Very satisfied. We needed a kitchen faucet installed. Gary was the first company I called based on all the great reviews. I really appreciated that he gave me a price for install over the phone whereas the other places wanted to schedule an appointment to estimate costs which I thought was silly since it's just a faucet install. When I called Gary back to schedule install he came out that very day! It was so fast and he did a great job. Very professional and friendly. We love our new faucet and will def be calling Gary in the future.

I recently purchased a foreclosed home with an abundance of plumbing issues. After amateur hours was over (fixing what plumbing I could) I started my search for a local plumber to finish up. I found Gary on here and to be honest was a little reluctant to call because an abundance of 5 star ratings can be a red flag. But after scrutinizing the reviews, I decided to give Gary a call. Gotta be honest, Gary's laid back demeanor on the phone made me a little hesitant but decided to give him a try, glad I did. I needed a faucet replaced on Jacuzzi tub, a shower diverter retrofitted for a shower system and a sump pump drain repaired. After he arrived we discussed the job, he gave me a price and got to work. He stopped periodically to explain what he was doing and made me aware of any deviations from the original plans as they came up. Very professional. I highly recommend Gary's Plumbing.

I'm very pleased with the service i received today - my outside faucet has leaking for months. I've tried calling a ""bigger"" business and basically blow me off; so of course i gotten discourage to get it fixed. Hey at least my dogs had fresh water outside during the hot months but now as it's getting colder - then this could cause a serious problem if i don't get it fixed before it freezez during the weather. After researching on Yelp (of course) - I found fellow yelpers with positive reviews so i reached out. I was able to set an appointment the following week; he arrived 10 mins/greeted me with a smile and even before that I received a notification via text 45mins to confirm the appointment. I'll will be using for future work if needed and also used for my parents/grandparent house as well.

**Provided helpful tips and ensured me he doesn't mind smaller jobs.
