We needed a special plumber to fix a urinal. Not an ordinary house toilet! Gary's scheduled a time for the next day. There was a wide window for their job but they worked with me and my busy schedule to call me on the way. He educated me on how urinal flush valves work. The repair fixed the issue and was reasonably priced. (Urinals are pricey). I will use them again for future complicated plumbing needs.

I found Gary as a result of his rating on Yelp, so I thought I should leave one also. I had a major (several) plumbing problems that resulted in quite a catastrophe. He was very professional, friendly, and after I received the bill, very honest and fair. He explained everything thoroughly, and I felt I could trust him completely. I will definitely use again and recommend to anyone who needs great service.

We had a clogged kitchen sink and Gary came out the next day after we called and fixed it. He was super nice and fixed it pretty quickly. I had spoken to Jen on the phone to schedule and she was friendly. We hope we won't need a plumber again but if we do we will definitely call them back!

Requested a quote for Gary's Plumbing through yelp for our garbage disposal that wasn't working and received a response in less than 10 minutes. They showed up at our house less than a day after contacting them. The customer service was excellent.

As it turns out our disposal was jammed and Gary was able to fix it right away. He could of easily charged me for the full quote given but since it was an easy fix he only charged me for a few minutes of his time. Erica was prompt and kind as well.

I feel like Gary's Plumbing went above and being given this wasn't an emergency by any means and I will be calling them first for any future issues.

Definitely not happy with the quality of the work, communication or extra fee's. Gary left a 4 in by 30 in hole in the dry wall while installing the microwave, granted it is behind the microwave but it's damaged and what about fitting the next microwave. He would not discuss this with me. He charges an extra $97.00 to attach 2 T connectors under the sink for the dishwasher($12.00 in parts and 3 minutes time) which he stated was not in the install package I already paid for. My advise is find another plumber.
