Joe came out and got my sewer running better than it has in years. After working with another local company in the past, I am convinced that many of my issues were due to the other company not wanting to take the time to do it right.
Joe spent time listening to my issue and worked with me to get the correct section of sewer cleaned out. It never felt like he had better places to be. He was great to talk to and very friendly and personable.
I highly recommend Gary's, great service at a great price and genuinely good people.

I called for a sewage back up in my home, yes it was a weekend. I was actually surprised someone answered. Jason answered and said he was on a call currently and would get back with me. 4 hours later and nothing. I called again and he answered. Sounded like he had been drinking with the way he was slurring his words. He told me that it would have to wait until in the morning. The next morning came and I called expecting him to answer. It was sent to voicemail. I left not 1 but 3 messages that next day. I received no call back and no help. I will NOT be recommending them to ANYONE for ANYTHING.

After another Plumbing Company wanted to charge me nearly $400 to install a toilet, I called Gary's. Jason arrived on schedule and had the job done within an hour and the bill was nowhere near $400. I was so impressed that I called and told the Owner how much I appreciated their integrity. I am a Customer for as long as I live in Laramie.

Gary's was hired by the buyer of my home for an inspection. When inspecting the sewer line, they did not contact me to find out how to access the sewer clean out, rather pulled the toilet without my knowledge or permission and did not replace correctly. They needed to clean out the sewer line, and had to come back for that service but charged almost twice what I was quoted by other local plumbing services. Additionally they recommended work to the heating system including replacing a part due to wear and tear that had been recently replaced (and is still well within it's recommended lifespan). The total repair cost far exceeded what any other company in town would have charged for the same work.

We have worked with Gary's for years. They are always professional and do excellent work. They open and close our cabin every year. This week I got to the cabin on a weekend and the hot water heater was out. I called Monday morning and they were here the same day. They fixed the problem quickly! You never know how much you appreciate hot water until you have to take a shower in ice cold well water! Thanks Gary's!

Do not have anything to do with these crooks. I had the heating system looked at 9 months ago. I was told by Gary's that ""its fine"" and gave the system a clean bill of health. Magically when we went to sell the property at the 9 month mark - the furnace HAD to be replaced that day. They lied about the condition of the furnace and tried to cheat us out of more fees. It was a fiasco and this company is crooked as they come!

I will never recommend Gary's Plumbing and Heating to anyone. My husband and I have had them do maintenance on our furnace a few times and the problem was never resolved. They said this and that needed to be replaced every time they looked at it, but still, a few months later the furnace would stop working again. The employees didn't communicate with each other or keep record of previous maintaince, so there was no collaboration in an effort to actually fix the unit. They ripped us off over and over and hassled us for payment on tremendously high charges for ""labor"" and fixes that never happened. They owe us a lot of money. They are supposed to be experts, but they are experts of nothing.

I called Gary's at 3pm and they had my sewer drain cleaned out by 4pm. I'm impressed with how quick they responded on a Friday afternoon.
