Quick to respond, timely, works quickly and efficiently, explained everything so I could understand it easily, I used them because they were ranked 4.9. They did not let me down.. I will certainly be using them again.

I would not recommend this company, unfortunately.

I used them multiple times and was always satisfied with the work and customer service until now. I had my tenant tell me her garbage disposal was leaking that was replaced by this team under a year prior and ran into an unethical situation explained below.

I called and let their team know the scenario, that it probably was a 5 minute fix (as all it could be was the mountain bracket) and they said they could not service it for 5/6 days due to being busy. Understandable except for the circumstances. Unfortunately it's not ethical to have a tenant wait this long without a functioning kitchen sink; multiple days let alone almost a week.

I proceeded to call another plumber. This plumber stated it was not correctly installed and the screws were not tightened as well that one was not even installed. It ended up being a 5 minute fix for $200.

I let the team know prior I would need to call another plumber and that if it was a technician error, that they should consider reimbursement of the invoice, due to the work being less than a year old.

I sent them the invoice and asked their thoughts. I immediately was contacted by the technician who was very worked up over the matter and he then belittled me and stated it was on me that I could not wait 5+ days to have them get to it (had zero care or concern that my tenant would not have a working kitchen) and insinuated that my tenant must have unscrewed the screws (which unfortunately is just unprofessional and is not something that made sense).

The fact that poor work was done and not warranted is one thing, but to have no desire to admit fault and become aggressive towards me over the matter, made me uncomfortable to the point that I wrote this review.

There are many options of plumbers in Reno. This one unfortunately lost my trust and respect and I personally feel they should take this as a learning lesson to better themselves.

This company as well accused me of not paying an invoice and tried to collect twice and I had to have my accountant provide evidence I did. That's just not Ok.

Had what I thought was a problem with my sprinkler system and called Gary's Plumbing. He was here exactly when he said he would be and solved my problem immediately! Great service and I'll definitely be calling him for my plumbing problems in the future!!!

I recently hired Gary to do a plumbing job related to a new patio area in my backyard. The job required Gary to coordinate his efforts with some concrete work that I was also having done. I found Gary to be knowledgeable and easy to work with. He worked with my other contractor to get the job done when required, did quality work and was competitively priced. My water heater went out. The staff at Gary's Plumbing was extremely nice and were able to install the water heater in just a couple of days. I was missing parts and Gary went out of his way to go get them for me. Great communication about time frame and any issues.

Our 20 yr old water heater was leaking so we knew we needed it replaced asap before we completely lost hot water. We called Gary's Plumbing and they were able to squeeze us in within a few days.
Gary came out replaced our water heater and all the aging parts, all within a few hours. He was very knowledgeable and honest, and answered all my questions (I had a lot of them).
Since I've used Gary's Plumbing before I can honestly say this team of Plumbers is great at what they do and their pricing is competitive.

Gary and his team do an incredible job. Straightforward. Responsible. Reliable. Great follow up. Honest. Not much more you can hope for in Plumber or any other tradesmen. I have had Gary do several repairs and recently he plumbed my Bathroom remodel. He was so good my GC has hired him for other jobs! Cannot recommend Gary enough. Thanks Gary! I've used Gary's several times now. I have always been pleased with the response time and quality of work they have done. Their pricing never left me feeling I was taken advantage of. They replaced a water heater for me in very short order. I will use then again and recommend them for anyone.
