I would give more stars if I could. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Great company!! Efficient and effective! My sink was leaking for months and garbage disposal had issues. Gary's Plumbing was easy to schedule an appointment with. They fixed it and replaced what was needed - working 100X better now! Communication was easy, service was great, and the job was done very well! I will refer this company to anyone with plumbing issues in the future. Also, I felt very COVID safe as the tech wore a mask the whole time! Thank you!!

Another late review..

Purchased all new appliances and the name was given to us for the install for the dishwasher.

Went well, we used them for installing a hose bib with a new location by our garage door.

A perfect and professional install.

Also had them run a watermelon in the garage for a future fridge with water and ice..

We bought our new home here in Spanish Springs a little over a year ago and have found a couple of things that we wish we had done under construction. Oh well. BUT since we decided to do them, we went on the hunt for a good plumber. I am not a fan of the large commercial contractor type guys that have dozens of employees. I wanted to find a good, local, family run type of business. BINGO. I found these people on Yelp and they were absolutely everything that everyone talked about. What a class act. I called and spoke with a nice young lady (Erica) on the phone that set up the appointment for an estimate. She told me that Gary Sr. would be out to give an estimate. She also stated the estimate was free, except that if it required climbing or crawling under the house then they would charge $50. That is more than fair, and good to know ahead of time. Since most of the work was going to be attic work, I had my fifty ready when he showed up. But since I was able to tell him where & what was in the attic (& he has 30 years doing this) he did not need to go up, so no charge. He took a couple days to get the estimate back to me and I was prepared to get more than one bid. BUT I could tell this guy had integrity and I did not want anyone else working in my home. I gave him the job. On the appointed day and time, he called ahead to say they would be there shortly. When they arrived, he introduced us to his son, who has been doing this 15 years. They got right to work. I was having them run 100 plus feet of gas line through the attic so that I could install a direct vent wall furnace in my shop. They also were running a new hot water line inside a bathroom wall for a new bidet. They worked fast and were incredibly professional from start to finish. Gary even asked me what fittings that I wanted him to install to make my appliance hookups easiest. Wow. So they are now 4 hours total time and Gary Sr. is sweeping up every last little bit of insulation that has gotten dispersed from the attic. The cleanup was sterile. Talk about perfection.

These people are EXACTLY who you want doing your plumbing work. From the first phone call, when I spoke with Erica, his daughter-in-law....to having he and his son working side by side doing the most professional of jobs, I could not be more impressed. Like I said, a family owned business, and it shows.

As a side bar, I spent 30 years with a major public utility (half of that doing plumbing for natural gas) and know a little about what needed to be done. However at my age, I was not about to crawl around in the attic and decided to hire the right folks to do the job for me. If you are like me, and want a couple of owner/professionals doing your work for you, these are the people. Don't waste your time searching for another plumber, just call Gary's.

I'm pretty sure I forgot to post this review months ago but better late than never. Asked for a monster ""garbage disposal"" and got that plus an hours worth of great tips and conversation with Gary, or maybe it was Gary's son. Either way, professional, wore a mask and gloves the either time, showed me how it all worked and checked for leaks. Also replaced a gasket that got was old and not part of the replacement for free. Family owner and operated by good local people. Thank you for the great job.

Everything was professionally done and with exceeded expectations. I had a problem with a toilet and Gary showed up on time prompt with a service mask and everything. They are a family owned and locally operated that is honest, friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

Gary's plumbing had previously done a great job installing our dishwasher, so when our water heater developed a leak we knew who to call. Even though it wasn't an emergency, we got scheduled right away and Gary was able to come during a convenient time for us. He knew just what was wrong and what we needed, and was both professional and courteous during the relatively quick installation process. I'd definitely recommend him for any job without hesitation!

A plumbing emergency after Thanksgiving had me stressed! I was looking for someone to come quickly. After calling around and not able to get anyone until later in the afternoon, I called Gary's. They were able to get someone over to me in around an hour and he was done in an hour. I was prepared to pay a fortune but ended up completing everything in an hour on top of it, he told me he thought he could clear the clogged main line with a snake but if it didn't work he would use a camera. Not wanting to waste time I asked about doing the camera to begin with. He said no that he strongly felt that the snake would clear it and why waste the money. Honestly I was shocked most contractors would have just said yes but he didn't. You have to respect that in a business this day and age where there are so many unscrupulous businesses. I would say if you need a plumber definitely call these guys! You will not be disappointed. If I could I would give more stars! So grateful that they had the time to come and save my day!
