Have used Gary three times for plumbing issues. In each circumstance either he or one of his employees arrived within 30 minutes of the time promised, explained the best solution to our problem and then gave a fair quote and stayed within the price promised. When our water heater needed replacement he arranged to have the job done in one day so we had hot water that very evening. Please call Gary for any of your plumbing needs.

Didnt get work from this service. But he offered the cheapest quality equiptment at the highest price. Seemed to be personable, most are when trying to get business. Gonna go with another service with products i purchase( not home depot quality cheap stuff)

I had my bathroom remodel by this company last year and I'm still waiting for them to finish I have a big hole in the wall that they said had to dry it out from a leaking pipe 6 months ago after they had repiped everything 2 months prior. Now the drywall they installed next to the shower is rotting away. Instead of putting the baseboard back behind the bathroom door the painted it white. Every time I call Gary and ask him to fix the problem he sends someone who doesn't know what they are doing. I have pictures of one of his men asleep in my bathroom when he was supposed to be working.
I just wanted my bathroom fixed.

Gary came to unit with trainee.
I tried to explain problem, and he would not listen.
He said we had leak in unit C, and he would have knock holes in living room wall.
He had trainee knockout 18 X 18 inch. hole in the living room wall, while Garry was on the phone for about a hour.
Bottom line their was no leak there.
He wanted to knock out more hole for another $600.
We told him, he did enough damage and to leave.
He charge $320, never found leak & left with 18X18 inch hole in living room. Later we found the leak ourselves. It was the dishwasher. Save frustration & do not ask for his help.

Gary came and ran a camera through our pipes to see if we had a major problem. We did not. He's very honest and a real pro. Can easily say it was the best experience I've ever had with a plumber. I highly recommend this company and will be calling again in the future.

If you want more frustration with the human race, call this guy. So, I get a front doorknob hanger at my house advertising this company and its' plumbing services and specials. That is typically an indication they are wanting business. I had a washing machine drain that was backing up on large loads, not a huge issue or emergency, but certainly an annoyance to be fixed. I called and Gary (at least he answered to my calling him Gary) seemed very knowledgeable and sounded like he diagnosed my problem over the phone. I set an appt. He couldn't make it timely, due to an overrun on a job I recall, but we set another appt. for a day or two later. Never heard from him. I wasn't going to let him off the hook as it ticked me off that he didn't have the courtesy or care to call. So, I called him a couple of days after the no show. Busted. The ""I'm sorry"" blah was heard. I actually told him since it wasn't an emergency and it seemed he had understood my plumbing issue, that he could come the following week at a time that worked within his schedule. It's been almost two weeks and never heard from him. Must be busy putting off others. I am a 60+ year old professional businessman who treats my customers properly and communicates timely, even when it may be difficult. I gave my $2000 job to another company that has turned out to be terrific. Good luck if you select this company, because based on my experience, it is a bad choice.

Because of a flyer left on our front gate I called them to have a slow draining shower rooted. Louis showed up in good time the following day, but after looking at the standard 2 inch drain, he said he would have to come back some other time with a bigger rooter. He also said he would have to check with his boss if the advertised $99 rooting deal would apply to our second floor shower. Now, a week later, I have yet to hear from them again.

Raul & Cyrus were so very courteous and knowledgable. My slab leak was identified quickly and for a very fair price. The repair was costly, but I think the price from Gary was reasonable. I appreciated the very clean and dignified demeanor of these two men who came in to our home to do this job, and they did it very well with attention to making minimal cuts and damage to the home. I am very pleased!
