Thank you ! Thank you Gary and son! This is the second time you gave come to my rescue,in the past 3 months. I never thought I would have been as happy to see two people in my life. During the summer Gary and his son came out to fix a shower that was an endless swamp. Within minutes they not only fixed it but went around to make sure all the other showers were working as well. Tonight my husband out dog food down the toilet and created a natural disaster. I gave Gary a call and within 2 hours he was here at 9 pm and fixed it in 5 minutes. It's an added bonus that this Father and Son partnership are the nicest guys ever. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Twice now I've thought I had a major plumbing issue on my hands. Donald comes over, identifies the problem in ridiculously short order, resolves it faster than I could anticipate, and then gives me tips on how to manage it myself the next time I have a similar issue. I've been calling Gary since I moved to Fresno. Always does a great job and reasonable rates. Even if it's late he still does what he can to fit you in the schedule. Call Gary if you need a good honest plumber. Clean work.

I had a back up issue with my sewer line, turned out it was a tree root clogging the line. I called several different companies about clearing the line for me and most would not give a quote over the phone. I did my homework on this one, researched the issue to learn about what could be done, had multiple quotes for the same job. One well known, well advertised, rooter service came out and said they would not be able to de-root the sewer line and that they would have to dig it up and replace the affected section of pipe at a cost in the thousands. They were dishonest and tried to upsell me on a procedure that just didn't need to be done. I called Gary, asked him questions over the phone and felt like I would give him a crack at resolving the issue. Gary is no nonsense, straight to the point, but very knowledgeable and didn't try to take me to the cleaners. When he came to the job (the same day I called), he fully explained the problem and what he was going to do to resolve it. He even showed me the root that he extracted. Gary was very thorough in his approach to solving my problem and his pricing was very reasonable. My experience is that Gary is fair and operates with a high level of integrity. Next time I have plumbing issues I know who I will be calling.
