Called to have a leak fixed under the house, and replace a faucet on a utility sink. Spoke with Gary and Donald on the phone at different times, both were polite and explanative about what to expect, both work wise and price wise. Donald came out for the first visit. He moved very quickly, especially under the house, had me on the phone turning faucets off and on to detect issues, diagnosed the problem, snaked the line, installed the faucet, and scheduled to have 2 guys come out to fix the remaining tub drain under the house two days later. He even showed me pictures and videos of what was going on under the house. We did have a slight snafu with the 2 workers not coming out when planned. After waiting 2-3 hours I called Donald back and he got them sent out again that same evening. It was a long night, ending about 11:30, but they got the job done, everything works great, and per Donald's instructions, the price included adjustments for the time delay and unexpected length of time in the evening: (1) we were not charged for the entire time the two workers were here (and for the 2nd worker they only charge for the time he's actually assisting with a job), plus we got a discount for half an hour of labor. They really work to keep their pricing fair and reasonable, which I appreciate. The total cost came out to be slightly less than I expected, and much less than I feared. I consider the time delay a minor issue for these types of situations--you never know what will come up at a job before you're able to get it done and get to the next client. I never complained, and didn't ask for any discounts, but they took care of it anyway. And as I said, everything looks and works great. I couldn't ask for more, and will definitely call them again if we have anymore plumbing issues. A big ""thank you"" to Gary's Plumbing!

Called late in the afternoon and I was able to get on the same day schedule. Donald was very polite on the phone and told me I would get a call before service tech arrived which I did. Gary himself showed up on site, extremely professional and hard working man. Solved my clogged shower drain and was kind and communicated very well. Highly recommend and I was very impressed with their quality of service and repair. Thank you for clearing my shower drain.

Gary's son came and cleared our line after Mr. Rooter failed and tried to get me to replace my sewer line for thousands of dollars. Additionally they found a clean out in my backyard and were able to run their line to the city sewer opening where they found and cleared the problem. I will have Gary's plumbing come every year for maintenance. Well worth their fee.

Called Gary's Plumbing based on yelp and was not disappointed. He was so efficient and helpful and honest. Toilet and sink had not been replaced in 35years and he tore out and re-installed new toilet and vanity. Price was very very reasonable and I would highly recommend him.

Everything you hope for when you call the plumber- great work, honest and trustworthy. We've had Gary and his son Donald out for two separate calls and they were both great and you can be confident the job is going to be done right. If they can't answer your call, they will call back as soon as they can to give you a time estimate and call again when they're at the stop before your house. Highly recommend!
