We were totally impressed with the work that Jason and the crew did on our plumbing issue! We were unpleasantly surprised to find that there was a septic tank that we did not know about on the property and while we were connected to city sewer, for some reason our kitchen sink drain was still connected to the tank!
They corrected the issue and decommissioned the tank at a very competitive price, and when they were through with the excavating and filling they did such a wonderful job of cleaning up that you can barely see that there had been work done! They were polite and courteous, truly a pleasure to work with. We would recommend them for any job, large or small!

Really enjoyed working with Gary's. I called them this morning after I noticed my drain pipes for my gutter were backing up. I feared for the worst, luckily they had availability and told me they'd be around later in the afternoon. I was initially told after 2pm, but when a job ran long, I was kept up to date with good communication until the tech arrived later that afternoon.

When Raymond & Jason arrived they were professional and easy to talk to. Gave me a good sense of what I was dealing with and fixed the issue in less than 1 hour. I'm happy with the service and rest easy knowing there's folks like Raymond & Jason out there with Gary's that I can lean on when I need help with exterior plumbing.

Gary's was recommended to me by a highly-regarded plumbing company, to diagnose and fix a drainage issue that was causing a leak in my basement. EJ showed up quickly on a Friday and scoped the drain pipes to determine what was going on and give me an estimate, and by Monday morning, Oscar and his partner were on site to fix the issue. They had to move some flagstones and a fairly large amount of dirt to get to the underground pipes, but they worked quickly and efficiently and kept everything as neat as possible. When they finished the project early the next day, they replaced the flagstones so they actually looked better than they had originally, and even replanted a few small plants that had been disturbed. EJ, Oscar, and friend were all great - on-time, hard-working, and personable. I will say the job wasn't cheap, but sometimes, you really do get what you pay for.

Gary's Pipelining & Drain came to my house to clear a clogged rainwater pipe that ran under my driveway. My whole driveway was flooded and they accessed the pipe through a nearby catch basin. They cleared the clog by hydrojetting it. Lots of tree roots and other debris were removed. The whole process took about 2 hours and they charged me $1,200. They were friendly, upfront about pricing, and communicative about arrival time and how long it would take.

I'm not satisfied with how expensive that service was. I am satisfied with the quality of work. After they cleared the clog they even ran the camera down the drain again just to show me that the pipe was now clear of debris. This service was slightly cheaper than hiring a lawyer for legal service. But, the hydrojetting service was effective and the technicians were courteous. If I wasn't in a time crunch, I would have shopped this around more to find a cheaper option.

I couldn't be more pleased with Gary's Pipelining. They were very professional, thorough and efficient in assessing our clogged drain. They discovered a corroded pipe with two holes that had to be removed and replaced. The concrete floor had to be jackhammered so it was quite an undertaking. Oscar and Enrique did a great job, they finished in one day. EJ assessed our problem thoroughly and was helpful in explaining the situation and solution to us. Their price was considerably less than another estimate that we received. So fortunate to have found Gary's.
