All our toilets backed up and started flooding our front yard with sewage on a Sunday afternoon. After checking on Yelp, I called Gary's Rooter at 5pm. Gary immediately answered the phone! He took all my info and told me that Lee would be giving me a call about a time to come over. And sure enough, Lee called me in 10 minutes! He told me he had two other jobs to finish up and gave me an estimated time of arrival of 8pm to come over to the house. At 8pm he called to say he was one his way... And at 8:30pm on a Sunday night he arrived and fixed the problem! The service was awesome, friendly, efficient! I cannot think of the last time someone fixed a household problem on a Sunday night! This is a one of a kind service and business!!

I have a relatively new, rather expensive Whitehaus kitchen faucet. It has been spewing water all over the breakfast bar for quite a while. Next to it is a hot water dispensing faucet (same brand) that was loose. Ed, from Bary's Guranteed Plumbing & Rooter came out this morning and quickly fixed both problems. He did such a good job and was done so quickly that I asked him to replace a leaking, old galvanized faucet outside. He actually had the part in his truck! I was impressed.

Gary actually answers the telephone. It is so refreshing to call and have a person answer the phone instead of leaving messages and playing telephone tag.

Based on past Yelp reviews, we had Gary and his crew out for a toilet back up( going into the shower). Gary was very professional and went above and beyond in his duties to help us. He spent at least 3 hours here! I would highly recommend Gary's Guaranteed Rooter!

Had Gary out again yesterday to snake the lines. I don't like dealing with plumbing issues, and I just want service that is reliable. They were right on time, did the job and everything is back in working order. Plus he gave us a discount for being repeat customers. What more could you ask for!

Amazing same day service with a facet that decided it didn't want to stop with other complications. Gary was fast, completely transparent in his pricing model and showed me how I could do it myself (if I wanted to) if this happened again. Awesome guy! Great service.

So we had our main line clog and back up sewage into both of our bathtubs, over the weekend of course. Saturday night to be exact. No toilet working, no chance for bathing and a big mess to clean up.

I called Gary's and left a message and Ed promptly called me back within 5-10 mins and arranged to come over within the hour. Did I mention that he was at the emergency room with his wife, who was sick at the time? Well, she gave Ed her blessing to come and help us out in our emergency - bless her heart. She's fine by the way.

So Ed and crew worked with our home warranty company, which is an art to be sure and we got all our agreements in order, and then they promptly fixed our plumbing. We were lucky because we have a clean-out in our front yard and they were able to get it unclogged on the first try. Saved the day for our family - these guys are truly heroes! Ed is very kind, courteous, and professional. I will gladly recommend them to anyone.

Great service!

I had an issue on a Friday afternoon with a rental property and was really hoping to get someone out as soon as possible. When I called the owner Gary actually answered and I knew right away I would be happy with my service. An owner who slaps his name on his service and even responds to yelp reviews....how can you go wrong? The issue was dealt with that afternoon and I had some very happy renters!

Gary's Guaranteed Rooter came recommended from friends, so we called them to fix a few of issues with our bathtub. The first guy that showed up was great, but his work did not fully resolve one of the issues (though the other issues were resolved). So we called again and this time Dave showed up and fixed our problem (and for no extra charge).
In both cases, the workers were great, professional, left everything behind them clean and tidy, and despite the issue that was not resolved the first time, we were very impressed and had a positive experience.
Next time I have a plumbing issue, Gary's Guaranteed Rooter is the first place I'm going to call!

On Friday night at 7:15 , our kitchen sinks would not drain. I needed a ""rooter"" service.
Checked Yelp and found a five star rooter locally and gave a call. It was 7:15. I spoke to Gary and he said his guy was in Mountain view and could be here by 9 PM. I asked about price and he gave me a range of $200 to $300. At 8:30, I received a call from Dave, who was leaving Mountain View and would be here a little after 9 PM .... he was stopping for a quick dinner. He got here at 9:05, checked the problem, cleaned out the drain and was on his way at 9:30. The charge ... $225. I couldn't have had a better experience ...... unless he did it for free!

Gary and his team are the best!

My sewer backed up and I started the process of calling around--and I even called Gary, who came out to see the mess. Somewhere along the line I decided to check with the city to see if they would come fix the problem. The city was there in a flash and flushed out the pipes and told me I did not need to call a plumber. I called Gary and explained. He was fine but warned me that the city doesn't always do a good job.

Well, One week later things were backing up again. I decided to call Gary, who sent his team out again and they started ""snaking"" the pipes. They told me that there was a blockage on the city side, so I told them to hang on, I was going to get the city to come out, and once again the city was there in a flash.

Gary and the city spoke and the city took over. But then later came to me and told me that my plumber did not do the job, and I should have called the city first. Well, I just don't get these things, everybody was pointing the finger at somebody else...I just want my toilet to flush. I called Gary and explained.

Well, it went back and forth between the city and Gary, and I have to say, I think the city messed up the repair job in the first place, and that's why I found Gary.

At the end of the day, Gary decided to refund the money I spent with him...but I know in my heart, the city made a mistake and blamed Gary when they should not have. I resisted Gary making such a sacrifice, but he insisted.

Gary has won my loyalty forever, me and all my friends. I have never experienced a situation where somebody stepped up and stood by me, helped me through the situation, and then gave me a refund when he didn't need to...

His people are the best, and Gary is about the most decent business person I have met in a long time.

Don't even bother calling anybody else. All you will EVER need is Gary. He knows what he is doing and he runs a great business.

Thank you Gary, Ed and your entire team. I feel so relieved that I finally found a plumber whom I can trust.
