Horrible service! Trying to charge for NO WORK COMPLETED! I have called several times asking to speak with the owner. Each time I was assured he would call me back. The guys they sent out did all of these measurements to give us free quote and I am receiving bills for a repair they supposedly did. No work was done, we ended up using a company that actually provided us a quote for the renovation. DO NOT waste your time with this company.

Called with a ""toilet"" emergency. They were able to come out the same day. Had a very complex problem on our 55 year old house. They were able to fix it the same day. Very fair pricing, excellent service. Not only would I use them again, but I would highly recommend their service.

I called Willis plumbing on a Thursday they said they would be out on Friday afternoon, Friday around 2:30 I call to make sure they were coming and was assured I was still on their schedule. They never came and no phone call. Monday around 9:30am I called a different plumber who said he would come that day. An hour later a Willis truck showed up at my house. They charged me $95 dollars literally for a five minute job. Even the plumber who didn't do the work his apprentice did laughed about how quick it was. With the cost of the part it was over $240 I'll never use them again..

if I could give them 0 stars I would. My grandparents tub was bubbling from toilet being backed up. They came out here and removed the cap on the clean ou to relieve pressure and left cap laying on the ground. We have called multiple times to no avail for them to complete the job. Now there is shit water and toilet paper lying on the ground and the water is running under the house because they didn't complete the job

We had a plumbing issue and was told when we called someone would contact us before arrival in the afternoon. No call....we had to call back all to find out it would be the NEXT day. The next day, several employees arrived to fix the problem we'd already troubleshooted. They had to leave in middle of job for a part that plumbers should've had on a worktruck. Within a week, we realized the job was not done correctly and have now placed 2 calls to speak with OWNER, yet no return call! We can't determine if the person who answers the phone never gave the message or the owner got the message and has no intentions of returning the call as long as the bill is paid!?
At this point, would NOT recommend using these people!

I had Gary Willis plumbers John and Houston come this week and find the water heater leaking they went to get a new one and replace it in 3 hours time.
That is amazing time for this kind of work. They clean the area and checked for leaks.
Very professional technicians.

an employee came out for an estimate for the house we're purchasing. He did , what looked like a , through job. We then waited a week for the estimate only to be told that the employee that did the review hasent come back to work and they don't have the information in their system and to call back in a few days. 2 weeks pass and still no info. I finally called today. 3.5 weeks later to be told that they cannot provide an estimate because of "" the amount of work that MAY need to be done"". Its quoted as a "" time and materials job"" and they have no idea how much work it would take to do it. THe receptionist said "" because if they fix one thing and another thing breaks, they would not know the cost of it until after"". I asked "" who would approve a job not knowing ANY estimated cost and that if there is an itemized list of work to be done and they stick to that list, anything after that would be another job right?""

So there is no information you can provide me with and your not able to do the job, is that what your telling me?
Could you have waisted our time ANY SLOWER? When the worker was at the site he told us EXACTLY what needed to be done AND gave us a rough estimate of 2,300. NOW your ""system"" says you cant do ANY of that and we should just ""trust"" that you'll do us right?

thanks for nothing ( and you came recomened by family only to disappoint and string us along)
DO NOT RECOMEND

So here's the story. It was 7PM. I turned on my water hoping to quench my thirst with some cold, clear well water, and all I got was a trickle. Then less than a trickle. Then nothing. I walked out to my well pump house to check on my pump and the poor old retched thing was smoking. I quickly killed the power. My well pump was dead. I ran to the store and bought a new one. I brought it home, pulled of the old pump, wired and hooked up the new one, attached my new pipes and flipped the power switch. Success! My new pump worked!.....kinda. Still no water. At my wits end, I decided I should call a professional. Gary Willis kept coming up from people I work with and people I interact with while at work. I called Gary Willis Plumbing at 9:30 in the morning and desperately explained my dilemma. I was told someone would be at my house later in the day. At 4:30PM while sitting on my porch, pondering life without water, I suddenly heard it. The sound of Heavenly Angels, with trumpets roaring. Turns out it was a van. My wife tapped me on the shoulder and said ""They're here"". I looked up and behold, a white van with GARY WILLIS PLUMBING emblazoned on the side. I swear the van glowed, but it could probably be the way the sun was shining at that time of day. Either way, I didn't care. Kevin and Dustin emerged from this vehicle like Zeus descending Mt Olympus. I swear I saw little cherubs carrying them to the well pump so their feet wouldn't be marred by the grass. But I was probably hallucinating from the lack of water.

Seriously though, Kevin and Dustin were great. While diagnosing the problem of not getting any water, despite the new pump, Gary Willis himself showed up. Between the three of these great men, I now have water. Since the pressure tank was rather small, I asked if they would install a new one. Gary said if I ran to Lowe's and picked one up, they'd install it while they were there. So I hopped on my trusty steed........ok, I got in my car and drove to Lowe's and got the biggest pressure tank possible and brought that bad boy home. Kevin and Dustin had that thing installed in less than 15 minutes. The whole crew, from Gary to Kevin and Dustin, each of them was polite, professional, and extremely competent and efficient. If EVER I need a plumber, and I mean E-V-E-R need a plumber!!!! I'm calling Gary Willis Plumbing. Reasonable rates, professional staff, and just downright NICE folks! Thank you for the great work!

Don't call these people! They do not return calls once they have your money! They did not install my water heater properly, nor the one I asked for. The water heater has failed inspection and this company refuses to come out and fix their problem. I have been without hot water for 6 months now with no resolution from them. Save your money and call someone else who will do the job correctly, the first time.
