I am actually very disappointed in this company. Being new to the area this company was referred to me. It took almost two weeks for them to come out and fix a leaky tub faucet. When the technician came he seemed in a hurry and wasn't very nice. He fixed it on August 24th and then a week before Halloween it started leaking again. Less than two months after! I called and no one answered the phone. The next week I left a message explaining the situation and asked if they could come back out and fix what they didn't do correctly. They never called me back. Finally I got a hold of someone today and the lady over the phone said they only guarantee their work for 30 days. I told her that I paid almost $200 for this to be fixed and it obviously wasn't fixed properly to please come fix it. She told me she was going to speak to the owner and get back to me. Rip off! I will be contacting the better business bureau. Thank you Tupa! P.S. the other review that states there is service after the sale is a joke. There is no service when they are supposed to service let alone after !!
