This is about the 6th or 7th job that Gary has done for us. He's done everything from minor replacement of service lines, to replacing a kitchen faucet to a MAJOR job when our condo's shared laundry drain line collapsed under the slab after 60 years causing $50k in damage to the lower unit. He helped advocate for us, the upstairs/downstairs owners, vs HOA property mgr. He had to educate the Prop. Mgr on what was our financial responsibility vs theirs. He didn't HAVE to do that. He could have just stuck us with the whole bill, which was large. He did all of this while he was undergoing treatment for a very serious medical problem. No one else would have done this. No one.

Today he helped us replace our 20 year old water heater that he originally installed. Wow! Price was fair and he got us a top quality WH.

Is Gary busy? Yes! Because there have been countless jobs in our HOA complex that other plumbers have tried to solve and can't. They either don't have the knowledge or the right equipment. I've had other plumbers tell me that I should call Gary instead. I've watched Gary roll in and fix something in a short time that another plumber has been working on for days. Trying to learn the job over the course of days or without the right equipment is going to cost you the owner. Plus it's a waste of your time.

I do have another plumber that I also like, but Gary is my first choice. And he's my only choice for major jobs especially here at New Horizons where the plumbing is an ongoing issue because it's so old.

Not good. I paid for services and paid for a part that he was supposed to buy and he never came back to finish the job and technically stole the money and never came back with any parts. He won't answer any of my texts or calls. Unfortunately he is the owner and I can't get to anyone higher to see what is going on. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

The water heater in my home stopped working after 12 years. I went out to the water heater to look at it saw Gary's sticker on the water heater. I figured that if he is still around 12 years later he must be doing something right. I called him at 7:30 am and he picked right up, had me describe the issue, and provided me with a couple of possible problems and solutions. I decided to have him come out and take a look. He was able to accommodate my schedule and come out the same day. It turns out it was something called a thermo-coupler that went out and he was able to fix it on the spot. He could have ripped me off and told me I need a new water heater, but he didn't do that, he only charged me a hundred bucks which I thought was more than fair considering the alternative. That says a lot about his integrity and character. I don't see that very often so I'm a customer for life. Needless to say, I highly recommend him.
PS - I got a new sticker too!

Gary is a great. Called him on a Sunday afternoon and he answered all my questions while driving to the Rams game. Within 48 hours, Replaced my busted water heater and taught me a few things as well. Honest super cool, did awesome work. Highly recommended.

He is a CRAP plumber. DO NOT HIRE. Absolutely mediocre, wouldn't screw things correctly and left a mess. Poor hygiene. He showed up with NO DEODORANT on. Also, an utter STALKER!!!!!!!

Gary able to quickly diagnose, find and fix the leak in the cold water pipe at my house - he cut the foundation right where it was and patched the leak on the spot.

Absolutely love Gary the Plumber and will call him exclusively whenever we have a plumbing issue. He's quick, friendly and responsive. Came to repair a garbage disposal motor, but ended up showing us how to do it ourselves, gave us a tool and didn't charge us. It's refreshing to work with someone so honest and good at what he does... highly recommend!
