We've had Gary do all our handyman projects for several years. Its wonderful to have a reliable ""go-to"" guy. Over the years he's hung ceiling fans, replaced faucets, installed a disposal in the kitchen sink, replaced cartridges in the tub faucet, recently replaced our hot water heater and has done several electrical jobs at my husband's business location. If there is something he can't do, he'll tell you that too.

The AC unit in my guest space had went out overnight and it was set to be 113 the following day. I researched the best handymen in my zip code, called a few, however they would not be able to come out for a few days. This was an immediate need and I found Gary. He answered his phone, had to wrap up a few jobs and said he could be over by 10-11 that morning (This was 730am that same day).

I went to Home Depot to purchase a new AC unit and selected one that did not fit the space. Gary measured, and then went with me back to Home Depot to ensure that I got the correct size.

Gary was patient, and did an excellent job. Even with my mishaps he was finished within 2.5 hours and had the space cooling down before he was completely finished. I would recommend Gary to anyone that needs any type of work on their home.
