Gary and his crew did a fantastic job repairing a line outside our home. They showed up, did their work professionally, carefully, thoroughly and quickly- all for a fair price. He took time to explain and answer questions. We'll be going back to him for all of our plumbing needs. We heard about him through a couple of different friends, all of whom had similar, great experiences.

I was also referred to Gary Taff by Blue Dragon Plumbing. I had high hopes given the quality of customer service at Blue Dragon, but my experience with this company has been nothing but one disappointment after another. They stood me up four times in five days, which has to be some kind of record and probably makes me a fool, but every time I wanted to believe that they would follow through to make up for the previous time they dropped the ball.

It's not worth rehashing every time I left work and drove to the house to find that they weren't there, or called/texted them to absorb the latest excuse and schedule a new date. After the fourth time they didn't show up, I texted and they never responded. I've never written a bad review of anyone, but this experience has been profoundly frustrating. I'm now a week behind schedule with repairs to the house I just purchased. Save yourself the time and effort and go with someone who will do what they say.

Another plumber with high ratings recommended Gary Taff, as they did not do the underground work we needed to repair root-ball breaks in the main sewer line. We received other bids, to repair just the breaks, and Gary's price was a fraction of theirs, doing double the work (which included trenching/running a new line to the MUD connection, and breaking up/repairing garage foundation). He estimated the job would take two days, showed up with a hard working crew, and knocked it one! Price was not the reason we chose Gary for the job.. .it was undoubtedly his directness, confidence, professionalism, and communication. HANDS-DOWN will receive our business again, including recommending him to friends/neighbors who need his services. Thank you, Gary!

A friend recommended Gary. He was at my front door within 20 minutes of my phone call because he was coincidentally in the neighborhood. I called him to remove a gas cap from a propane line that had rusted closed. He took care of my fireplace line in 2 minutes flat and scooted out with a smile, a handshake and my promise that I would call him again if I had any plumbing problems.

With a bit of research, I found that Gary is licensed, insured and has over 3 decades of experience. I can't recommend this angel of a man enough. He will definitely have all my plumbing business in the future.

I also was referred to Gary by Blue Dragon Plumbing. We had a horrible leak in a brand new shower head and desperately needed it fixed. I called Gary on a Tuesday morning, and he said he thought he could make that afternoon. My husband agreed to meet him, so I called him back, and then he said he could NOT make it that afternoon but would come over on Wednesday afternoon. Wednesday afternoon I came home and waited and waited and called, and there was no answer, and he never returned my call or texts. When I called Thursday morning, he answered but did not apologize and said he couldn't come till Saturday morning. I reluctantly agreed, because we REALLY needed the faucet fixed. So we set a time for 10:00am Saturday morning. On Saturday, when we hadn't heard from him by 10:30, I started calling and texting. Was he lost? Just running late? No answer. Finally, after he was over an hour late with no response, I had my husband call him from another phone, and he answered. My husband asked for an explanation, and he said he had an inspector breathing down his neck and would probably not make it at all. We have company coming tomorrow, and because of Mr. Taff, we don't have time to get any plumber over here now. I know things always come up, but to stand us up twice with no notice after we had agreed upon times to meet is horrible business.....don't you agree?

Gary was referred to me by Gilbert at Blue Dragon Plumbing and he was awesome! I described to him over the phone what was happening and he not only gave me a great quote, but honored it after all was said and done. Very honest, reliable and friendly...I'll be calling Gary in the future for everything plumbing related. I highly recommend him!

I was referred to Gary by Blue Dragon Plumbing because they were scheduled out until a week.

Gary came over to check on a very strange plumbing problem - our water would not get cold. No hose spickets, showers or faucets anywhere in the house would get cold anymore. I called Gary, and instead of trying to sell me some expensive repair he talked me through replacing a valve over the phone, something he absolutely did not have to do.

I gave it a shot, but could not get the valve off. So I gave him a call and he came by. Before replacing the valve he did state that it may not fix our problem, but that he has seen these valves mix hot and cold improperly before. Unfortunately it did not fix the issue, but he spent a lot of time at the house checking out different things, and gave us the peace of mind that our house's water system was not broken anywhere, and that we need not worry about any leaks or crossed pipes.

Yes, our problem still persists. But Gary went out of his way to coach me through repairing over the phone, when he did come he let me watch over his shoulder and learn, he was thorough in his investigation into our problem, and a 37-year plumber gave us peace of mind. For this, he still gets 5 stars.

I had a leak in my half bath under the slab of my home. Gary and Brian responded within one hour when I told them that I had to shut off the water to my entire home. Within 2.5hrs, they made an opening in the floor, repaired and tested the pipe and replaced the cement in the floor. Needless to say, we were very pleased with their service and craftsmanship. I would recommend Gary without reservations.
