Absolutely the most unreliable plumber. Not only did he fail to get in contact after no showing numerous times, he never finished the job. Hopefully Scott finds someone better to work. Took 4 months to get one of the two jobs he was supposed to do, and then they came in tore out a shower and never once heard from him again. One can be pretty understanding if there's communication, but Gary used the same lie time and time again. Blessing in disguise he never finished the second job.

We had Gary Stone Plumbing come out when we first moved in. The plumber, Scott, is awesome, knowledgeable, hard working, on time. Now, we can't get an answer from the owner and he has not arranged the work as requested. I would have Scott come out anytime but, when this is done, we will probably never call Gary Stone again.

I called Gary in April 2020 to get an estimate on moving a toilet and adding an outdoor standpipe on a house I'm renovating to put a needy family in Bend into. Now 5 weeks later and 3 promises to show up Gary never did and never called either! Gary's a busy man, but on someone elses job!

Horrible experience. Made an appointment two weeks ago for 7:30am to Hook up two sinks and a bathtub. We sent photos of everything we were doing so they would be prepared. On the day we called at 8:15a to ask where they were and they told us they would be there shortly. The plumber arrived at 10:20a (nearly 3 hours late) and the first thing he asks us is, ""Do you have any plumbers tape""? WOW. He proceeded to let us know he had nothing on board to do our job and the best he could do is make a list of items needed and reschedule to do the job. HUGE disappointment. Find someone else to do the job!

Best plumber your going to find in these parts! Prompt, fast, fair pricing, didn't charge extra for coming to Powell Butte, quality job. Gary did the first visit, Scott did the second and third. Both were great.

Really impressed with Gary. Called in the late afternoon about my toilet which wasn't flushing correctly. Gary was there bright and early the next morning as he promised. I live way out in CRR and he didn't charge extra for coming out here. His charges were reasonable. He fixed my toilet quickly, showed me what was wrong and gave me some plumbing education. I will always call him if and when I need a plumber again.
