Had a plumbing issue overnight into Easter the person I spoke to over the phone was very helpful they sent Matt out to my residence he was not only helpful but informative and was able to fix my problem would definitely recommend them.

Our water heater went out last night at 11 PM. We called the 24 hour number and a very pleasant woman took our info and said she would call in the morning once she got to the office and had an opportunity to review the day's schedule. She called around 8:45 AM and set up an appointment for installation of a new water heater. By 11 AM Matt was here with a new unit and by 2 PM he was finished. Good people to work with all around...we had a much better experience than some of the other reviews so perhaps they got the wrinkles ironed out...I highly recommend you give them a try!

Needed a outside generator to hook up to gas. Cut me a break if I dug the ditch. Did a wonderful job in one day and filled it in. Cleaned everything up afterwards.

If you're calling them to take care of something that isn't going to be a big job (something not to involved time wise) they will give you an appointment time! They're a ""no show and no call"". I have to call and inquire where they are and then they offer me a new time...for four hours later. I had an 8am appointment, which I took off work to be here. If you want to be taken advantage of and overcharged, then Spielman plumbing is the company to call!

I called Gary Spielman Plumbing with an emergency leaking tub. Marina was very helpful and got someone right away. Dan, that came to fix the issue was very professional! I generally don't give one-star reviews, but these folks earned this. Incompetent and sloppy plumbing, poor customer service. I won't bore you with the details. Suffice it to say I'd suggest you avoid this outfit.

Very Satisfied - our sump pump went out and I called Gary Spielman Plumbing as they have done work for us before and we were happy with them last time. Very nice customer service and they had someone out to our house that day - cost was much less than another plumber quoted and the man who came out was VERY nice. I will definitely use Gary Spielman Plumbing again and refer them to everyone I know! THANK YOU for knowing how to treat customers!

They sent an idiot, wasn't even a licensed plumber. I asked to see his card.

They way overcharge, and don't do the job right!!
