I can't recommend Sonar Bonar enough! They were very professional and went to great lengths to find our leak. We had some extra issues with finding the leak and they did not give up. They were so nice, and enjoyable to talk to! We felt very confident in their job and HIGHLY recommend them! They answered a ton of questions for us and took the time needed to help us get on the right path to fixing our leak. They were FANTASTIC! Thank you Gary and Mike!!

We requested service two days ago and were given a time estimate between 9-11am today. Nobody showed up, and when I called to ask about it, around 1pm today, I was blatantly lied to that they called my husband and that he said it was canceled. He was driving to Louisiana for 12 hours and did not receive ANY phone call from anyone but family. My husband called to straighten it out and the only answer we got from whoever answered the phone was """"I dunno what to tell you"""". We would like you to tell us the truth about why nobody showed up. I know things are crazy probably because of the storm but that's all you need to tell me. I'd rather hear that than using my husband as a scapegoat. We also explained we needed more than just plumbing help two days ago, wondering if there's an different type of leak and they (whoever was on the phone, at least) agreed, just for them to tell us that they don't have the equipment to help us. I took a chance because it was recommended by our water restoration folks and they've been an absolute delight. Due to this interaction, I'm having some strong doubts.

I have a very old home and was contacted by the City of Tampa and advised that I had a leak detected by the meter reader. I was absolutely beside myself on how to move forward petrified of being mishandled by a company regarding the leak in such a old home. I was referred to Sonar Bonar and I cannot say enough about the service of this company. I called and explained my issue to Debbie who was extremely kind. Mike came out the next day. He was extremely professional and taught me so much in a short amount of time about my unique plumbing. I appreciate a company that values their customers and treats them, their homes and leak issues with professionalism and respect.

My family is in the process of building a new home where my childhood home, built in the 50s, once stood. We needed a camera run through a clay sewage pipe to determine if there was any root intrusion or damage from a nearby grand oak tree. I called on 4/11 and scheduled an appointment for 4/17 at 8:30 AM. We arrived at the house at 8:30 Monday morning, and thankfully, I called to follow up at 9 AM. I was told there was an oversight, that my appointment was never scheduled. and I was worked into the schedule for Monday afternoon at 3. My children and I arrived at 3 PM for the postponed appointment, waited 1.5 hours, and I finally called at 4:30 for an update. At that point, I was assured I was the next call, and I should expect to hear from a technician shortly. At 5:30, I packed my kids up and headed home. I called Tuesday morning to speak with an owner to explain how disappointed I was in waiting on two no-shows on Monday. I was told the owners had been on vacation, but they were returning to the office around noon. It was also shared that they were short-staffed on Monday and had a major emergency job Monday afternoon. Sadly enough, I never received any sort of update/call from them about this, which would have saved me a lot of time... I explained that I really needed this work done this week and was scheduled """"first"""" for yesterday, 4/19, at 9 AM. Once again, my husband and I arrived at the house at 9 AM and waited. I called at 9:45 to ask if we had been deleted from the schedule again and was told that the technician was on another job (I thought we were the first appointment yesterday?) and that he would call when he was thirty minutes out. It seemed obvious from the pause on the phone and the fact that they scrambled to locate a technician nearby that we were most likely not on the schedule again. We finally got a call from Tim at 11, and he arrived around 11:30. His work was completed by noon, and he handed my husband a $350 invoice for the job. My husband called the office to pay the invoice this morning and explained all of this to Debbie. Once again, we were told that she had been on vacation, and after a long pause, she asked what he would like her to do. (I should have asked how much her time is worth per hour since her business wasted over six hours of mine.) We were given a $50 discount, paid the bill, and will not be calling Sonar Bonar again. I understand it is difficult to estimate the time needed for certain calls, and I was more than patient. If your time is valuable to you, I suggest you find another company.

But Mike not only helped me discover several areas I wasn't aware were leaking, but noticed my neighbor's water meter was """"rocking"""" and going to charge him a large amount if he didn't get his problem fixed too. I woke up early Sunday morning to hear water running look for obvious things found nothing looked at the water meter saw the meter running very slow narrowed it down to somewhere around the bathroom did some research found that Gary from Sonar Bonar Was the man to call I called on Sunday the lady on the phone was very nice schedule me for an appointment on Monday in the afternoon Gary called and told me what time he would be there he was right on time very professional and very courteous when he narrow down the leak even let me listenSo I could hear it with his sonar thank you Gary i called a plumber To come out and repair and we're Gary mark the spot the leak was it was only 1 inch from it pretty good not having a total crystal ball thank you again Gary you and your company is an asset to the community

Phenomenal! Chris arrived at my home within an hour of my initial phone call to the office. He was pleasant and extremely thorough; he asked permission before cutting into the drywall and found the leak within minutes and clearly marked it for the plumber (even went above and beyond and relayed all of the information to the plumber!). I HIGHLY recommend this company for anyone who needs leak detection!
