Today was not good. I was and am very disappointed with the service from McBride plumbing. If he couldn't do the job, he should have just said so. But to make it an financial matter and you couldn't even give me a quote is and was pathetic. SMH

Called for an estimate. Someone came out and had no idea what was going on with my plumbing, poured a chemical down the drain and charged for an hour of time. The chemical did not do anything. Collection person who called after I forgot about the bill was quite rude. Also looking back, none of what is on the invoice was actually done.

Well not what I expected 30 minutes no resolution 189,00 bill seems a shame for anyone else to hire this gentleman or company

Daughter bought her first house in area about 1 month ago. A few days after moving her in, we notice water sitting in her front yard. Called the water department = they said it was on the customer side of the meter. Called McBride plumbing based on reviews. Talked with Miss Dianne. She sent Brandon out about an hour later. Found the leak. He had to go get replacement parts at Lowes in Rincon, but HomeDepot was only about 4 miles away. He replaced a cobbled up mess left by the previous owner. Said it would be 2 hours at $140/hr. Told us to wait 2 days for water to dissipate. (90+ heat) This was on Wednesday. On Saturday morning - still water in yard. Called back. They were closed - do not work on weekends. Got ahold of Miss Dianne by emergency number. She said Gary and Brandon were coming back in about an hour. They showed up and found the fix was still leaking. Brass threads were damaged and pvc pipe as not sealed. They repaired it. My daughter got her bill about 2.5 weeks later for 3.5 hours of labor. I contacted them to dispute. Very polite and Miss Dianne said it would be corrected. Sent new bill but was still old one. Contacted again and got the bill changed to 2 hours but at $150/hr. Did not dispute it any further. Very polite people. Accidents/mistakes happen and all need to be aware and cooperative.

This is an amazing company. There is absolutely no other plumber I will use. I used them to install a new sink, and garbage disposal, and also a few small other tasks that I was unable to do myself. This is the first time that I have used this company, and I am sorry I did not use them before. I am really not a person that writes reviews, but I think that this company deserves recognition. Use this company if you want a professional job done right the FIRST time.
