Hats off to Gartman! So easy to work with and very responsive! They installed 2 mini split systems for my Brother in Law and I was able to visit him this month. What a big difference these systems are preforming at and making his home situation so much better. Thank you!!

Worst customer service and very rude! I never had to deal with a warranty and they where no help never sent in W-9 to get paid called and sent numerous email as did Rheem Richmond water heater.
Everyone I know will never use them I was warned not to use them.
Still received a rude email after I paid the bill.

I do not recommend this business. The man is rude. He "fixed" our A/C and $400 later it's still does not work like it should. I finally called him back after trying different temperatures and he wanted to charge me another service call. He said its been 2 months and you're just calling now! I told him I've been busy and kept forgetting.

I called Gartman plumbing and asked if they could check the ac unit at our parent's house (rental). The tenants reported a strange smell from the ac duct. Made an appt for the following day. Provided them the contact information for the tenant and address. No one ever showed up or called either the tenant or myself. Not calling them again. Poor service and disrespectful to other people's time. If I would have know before hand I would have called another company. At 445pm I did in fact call another company by the name of Honest plumbing and HVAC. They said a service technician could be sent out but that I would have to pay for an after hour service call. I gladly agreed to do so. Valerie was the contact person. She was very sweet and helpful. So lesson learned. Do Not call Gartman. Call the Honest company.

Gartman may do good work, but we were really disappointed when my husband contacted them to do work, and they told him to come back in a week and make an appointment. When he went back in they just blew him off and said they had too much work. We won't be contacting them again given the one week delay and the result. Apparently we should have saved time and called someone else to begin with rather than trusting Gartman to make an appointment as they had said.

nope. first time they came out did a great job, got us up and running in no time. year or so later, we requested a yearly service check, they came out several days later, checked everything and were going to repair our return air cavity. never came back, never called, nothing. we won't be using gartmans again. poor customer service, no follow through.

These guys are phenomenal! I received one estimate from another company that told me I needed to replace my whole AC unit. I called these guys and 20 min later they are at the house taking a look. They told me all it needed was a new motor. Got it replaced within a couple hours and AC is working like new. Great service, great techs! If I ever do need to replace my whole unit, Gartman will get my call!! Excellent job!

Gartman A/C and heating and plumbing is a great business. They are quick and efficient and have very competitive pricing. Buster and Dean and their staff are very knowledgeable of the services they offer and they do a great job!!
