The crew at Garrison came out to finish a job that was left partially completed by a contractor we hired. They did an excellent job and finished right on time. They were on budget and there were no surprises. It was a very competitive bid to others I received. I would hire them again!

When a pipe was broken in a mowing accident (long story), we were left without water. I called a plumbing company that we had used before and was told I would get a call back shortly. Waited 2 hours. Then searched the neighborhood email...got Garrison's number. My call was answered. They asked questions and asked me to text a pic of the break. While they were not able to make it that day (yesterday), they asked if I wanted to be considered for tomorrow....which is today. Have to be honest, I called other plumbers (9 of them) to see if someone could come out that day. No one, I mean NO ONE answered their phone. So, Garrison came out today. Got it fixed quickly. ...my husband said better than it was before. And the company that we had used before....they finally called back...while the Garrison plumber was here. And, yes, I told them that!! We have a new plumber.

Tyler was great. Had a drain issue in our house that 2 other plumbers could not clear. Tyler came in and worked at it for 3 houra and cleared it. All the while keeping us informed of his progress and issues he faced. Great work from a great company.

Garrison Plumbing replaced two toilets, a kitchen sink and repaired/replaced some leaking bathtub pipes for us. They did great work and were very professional. Both Tyler's are hard workers that got the jobs done sooner than expected. Master Plumber Tyler is an honest man. He had the opportunity to charge us more for the kitchen sink (needed granite cut by another contractor) but changed his own schedule to accommodate a more reasonable estimate. This is definitely a business of integrity. Will call them for any future work needed.

Decided to use Garrison Plumbing from reviews and was very satisfied. We have well-loved, classic old pipes in our older home and our kitchen faucet just started to dribble and was useless. Tyler and his sidekick Tyler 2 looked over everything, pulled a piece out, cleaned it and now my faucet works great. Another company told me I needed a new faucet and couldn't fix the problem. Saved us big time. Wish I'd done my research sooner. Really appreciated the education in Plumbing 101, too. Tyler was patient and answered all my questions.

I highly recommend Tyler and team. Tyler is fantastic. He was prompt, responsive, and flexible. And his rates were extremely reasonable. He is so good at communicating schedule and following through on his commitments.

They remodeled a bathroom for us - replacing an old tub with a brand new cast iron tub, tile surround, and new plumbing. Tyler and team made everything a breeze.

They were also incredibly cautious with keeping everything clean. They did the work during the covid scare and they wore masks and gloves the entire time they were in our home.

We had a leak somewhere in the house that made our water bill skyrocket! Tyler and his team were courteous, thorough, took their time not to miss anything and finally located the leak as it was difficult to find. I would have never seen the spot and am thankful for their eagle eyes to notice a very tiny wet spot outside near the house. They took care of the problem right away, gave us all the info that we needed to send to the city to hopefully get a credit. I highly recommend this company!

Our washer dryer box was starting to leak, box was disintegrating and the pipes were looking bad. He communicated clearly via text and email. With a picture, he was able to send me a quote. He fit us in quickly, checked in to confirm the appt, showed up on time, was courteous and explained everything, told me what he would do, introduced me to the main water shut off and how to deal with it, did the repair and asked if I had anymore questions.
