Came out to address a toilet drain issue. They ran a snake, but that did not fix the issue at all. They called multiple times within 24 hours wanting $500 for their first try (even though they didn't fix anything) before they would come out again to try more things.
Regrettably, I did pay them their money, but called out a different plumber who immediately identified a vent issue and fixed very easily and cheaply.
My advice, beyond staying away, would be to make sure beforehand if you are paying for them to fix you problem or just paying them to perform activities that may or may not accomplish your goals.

Tyler and team are amazing. Tyler's helped me in the past with a water heater replacement - even providing useful guidance with the warranty company. This year he handled our bathroom remodel, which included replacing the tub with a walk-in shower and moving the toilet. The final project is gorgeous. He improved on my ideas, found and managed the subcontractors well, and had an incredible eye for detail. He's got my trust and gratitude.

These guys are great. They came out and quoted our job. Started quickly. Worked very hard to get the job completed. Did great work . Great with communication before and during the job. We plan on using them in future. We would highly recommend to anyone and have already done so. We had a big job to complete and cant say enough good things about the process from start to end.

The crew at Garrison came out to finish a job that was left partially completed by a contractor we hired. They did an excellent job and finished right on time. They were on budget and there were no surprises. It was a very competitive bid to others I received. I would hire them again!

When a pipe was broken in a mowing accident (long story), we were left without water. I called a plumbing company that we had used before and was told I would get a call back shortly. Waited 2 hours. Then searched the neighborhood email...got Garrison's number. My call was answered. They asked questions and asked me to text a pic of the break. While they were not able to make it that day (yesterday), they asked if I wanted to be considered for tomorrow....which is today. Have to be honest, I called other plumbers (9 of them) to see if someone could come out that day. No one, I mean NO ONE answered their phone. So, Garrison came out today. Got it fixed quickly. ...my husband said better than it was before. And the company that we had used before....they finally called back...while the Garrison plumber was here. And, yes, I told them that!! We have a new plumber.

Tyler was great. Had a drain issue in our house that 2 other plumbers could not clear. Tyler came in and worked at it for 3 houra and cleared it. All the while keeping us informed of his progress and issues he faced. Great work from a great company.

Garrison Plumbing replaced two toilets, a kitchen sink and repaired/replaced some leaking bathtub pipes for us. They did great work and were very professional. Both Tyler's are hard workers that got the jobs done sooner than expected. Master Plumber Tyler is an honest man. He had the opportunity to charge us more for the kitchen sink (needed granite cut by another contractor) but changed his own schedule to accommodate a more reasonable estimate. This is definitely a business of integrity. Will call them for any future work needed.

They were professional, showed up in masks (Big Thank You). They were very communicative, looked over the issue, made recommendations to improve things, repaired it, tested it thoroughly and made sure they cleaned up the area. Great company and great plumbers (Tyler and Tyler 2).
