During the first cold front of the year on Sunday I forgot to drip my water hose and it busted so I called the closest plumber I could and Garrison plumbing was the only one to answer they were super professional and even walked me through how to turn the water off they were a life saver and I would trust them with all of my plumbin.

Earlier this week, I had a very positive experience when I called Garrison Plumbing Services to replace my garbage disposal that had repeatedly jammed. I called and spoke to Thomas about 10:00 am on Tuesday and he was very understanding regarding my situation. He gave me a call back in about 10 minutes with a plan to have one of his personnel come that same morning. Sergio arrived within 2 hours. He had everything he needed on his truck and the new garbage disposal was installed very quickly and professionally, tested, and all was cleaned up in about an hour. I really appreciate outstanding customer service by professionals who are very competent in doing their work. I know these qualities when I see and experience them, having spent many years in my career before retiring as head of Quality Assurance in a large industrial company. I will definitely use them again as needed and recommend them to a friend.

I had an embarrassing moment where I thought the main water to my house was off so I tried to remove my shower valve cartridge and it broke. Turns out I just turned off the sprinkler valve like a dumb dumb so water was spraying everywhere after cartridge broke. I yelled at my wife to call a plumber but the first company we called couldn't come out for an hour. That wasn't going to cut it so we asked if they knew anyone else we could call. They recommended Garrison and when we called they said they'd have someone out in 5 minutes! When the guy arrived he had water off in 1 minute and saved me from flooding my whole house. From there he offered some great tips to finish the job. They also didn't try to rip me off for the emergency service when they very well could have charged a lot more than they did. I'm very thankful for Garrison Plumbing Services and will give them first bid on any plumbing jobs I have moving forward!

I was having issues with my hot water heater and tried to call someone out on a Sunday night. I left a voicemail for Garrison's and got a call back within 20 minutes.

After explaining my problem, they politely explained that it wouldn't be cost effective to bring someone out for my specific problem. All other companies I called wanted $150+ just to come out, regardless of the issue or if I really needed help. Garrison's definitely didn't try to rip me off!

They they spent 15 minutes walking me through the problem, knowing that they weren't going to come make a service call. The gentleman on the phone helped me fix my own problem!

I was so impressed with the courteous help I received. Next time I have an issue that DOES require a service call, they'll be the first ones I call!
