Gary Pflumm Jr. grew up surrounded by the plumbing trade and established Garrison Plumbing in 2005. His grandfather and great uncle ran Pflumm Brothers Plumbing and Heating, a legacy continued by his father and uncle. Growing up, he collaborated with his father, Garrison Pflumm Sr., and his uncle in the plumbing trade that led to the creation of Garrison Plumbing. This experience not only provided practical skills in the plumbing trade but also highlighted the significance of genuine customer service. These lessons would later shape Gary Pflumm Jr.'s approach to his career and his company.
At present, Garrison Plumbing has a workforce of 40 dedicated individuals, concentrating on commercial endeavors and new construction, as well as assisting homeowners. Gary Jr. believes that clients deserve personalized service and the assurance of reliability.

Tanner C.The owner did a tag alone with the customer service rep- the rep was very nice and helpful. The owner is a grade A a-hole. He was degrading and rude. After playing boss and adding extra service charges he went and sat in his vehicle- very lazy micromanager. I can't believe he owns a company. I was hoping to privately leave feedback- but they didn't seem interested in that after I cited my frustration.
Look for alternative solutions- I hope no one else has to experience this.
