Gary Pflumm Jr. was raised in a plumbing family and launched Garrison Plumbing in 2005. The legacy of Pflumm Brothers Plumbing and Heating was carried on by his grandfather and great uncle, followed by his father and uncle. Growing up, he collaborated with his father, Garrison Pflumm Sr., and his uncle in the plumbing trade that led to the creation of Garrison Plumbing. This experience not only provided practical skills in the plumbing trade but also highlighted the significance of genuine customer service. Gary Pflumm Jr. would go on to weave these principles into his work and personal philosophy.
At present, Garrison Plumbing has a workforce of 40 dedicated individuals, concentrating on commercial endeavors and new construction, as well as assisting homeowners. Gary Jr. is committed to providing clients with tailored service and the confidence they need.

Tanner C.The owner did a tag alone with the customer service rep- the rep was very nice and helpful. The owner is a grade A a-hole. He was degrading and rude. After playing boss and adding extra service charges he went and sat in his vehicle- very lazy micromanager. I can't believe he owns a company. I was hoping to privately leave feedback- but they didn't seem interested in that after I cited my frustration.
Look for alternative solutions- I hope no one else has to experience this.
