Gary Pflumm Jr. was raised in a plumbing family and launched Garrison Plumbing in 2005. His family history includes his grandfather and great uncle, who operated Pflumm Brothers Plumbing and Heating, a tradition upheld by his father and uncle. As a child, he worked with his father, Garrison Pflumm Sr., and his uncle in the plumbing business that came before Garrison Plumbing. That experience offered him valuable insights into the plumbing trade and underscored the value of authentic customer service. Gary Pflumm Jr. would go on to weave these principles into his work and personal philosophy.
Today, Garrison Plumbing boasts a team of 40 talented employees, specializing in commercial work and new builds, in addition to serving residential clients. He holds the belief that clients should receive individualized attention and trust in their service provider.

Tanner C.The owner did a tag alone with the customer service rep- the rep was very nice and helpful. The owner is a grade A a-hole. He was degrading and rude. After playing boss and adding extra service charges he went and sat in his vehicle- very lazy micromanager. I can't believe he owns a company. I was hoping to privately leave feedback- but they didn't seem interested in that after I cited my frustration.
Look for alternative solutions- I hope no one else has to experience this.
