We had an emergency situation when the local water department showed up unexpectedly and informed us that we had a leak out at the meter box (our problem, not theirs- isn't that always what they say?). Sure enough, water was pouring out into the street. After turning the water off, we were stuck with trying to find an emergency plumber to fix the mess. Three phone calls later, we found Garrison Plumbing, and Byron and Enrique showed up. They fixed the valve quickly and efficiently, and were totally professional. Would definitely recommend them!

Excellent job! Fast, quick, in time! I have pelican water filter to install my house. They told me how to soak the filter before they came. And they did an excellent job to install, they also gave me instructions how to maintain afterwards!!!

My house in Spring Lakes (Scotts Valley, CA ) was not able to pass the PG&E gas pressure test so the gas company turned off my gas service. Phillip set up an appointment to send out Byron and Enrique. They were able to quickly find the sources of the gas leaks and give me an estimate to correct the problems. They had the problem fixed in about 4 hours and restored my gas service and hot water. They showed up on time and wore shoe covers when ever they needed to enter the house. The price was very fair for the amount of work that they needed to do. I would recommend them to any of my friends and neighbors!

I really appreciate the quick response time. They were able to come out on the same day that I called. Shay/Shane (sorry if that name is a little off, I may have misheard) was very nice, professional, and did an awesome job fixing my problem (I screwed up my water heater thermocouple when I was trying to drain and flush the heater). I saw the reviews, so called Phil. He is very old school and a straight shooter; refreshing. Good to work with. Job well done; technicians were dedicated to doing things right. There was an issue during installation not due to his team or product. All was completed satisfactorily. All in all, he will be the first I will call if I need plumbing services again.
