Garrett's Plumbing (Jeff) responded quickly to my initial telephone call and scheduled an appointment a few days later. He arrived in the appointment time window. He installed a new faucet in our bathroom remodel - and had to do some extra work to ensure the new pipe was centered correctly in the new sink. He double checked all of his work and made sure I was happy with the end result. Highly recommend.

I'm glad that I called Jeff at Garrett's Plumbing today. He was able to repair a shower faucet issue in our older home. Jeff was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable when it came to his trade. He even took the time to check out a swimming pool drain that I've been having issues with too, and showed me how to replace it myself. Know that he takes cash or check, and his rates are very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Garrett's Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs.

We had an emergency this morning and called several plumbers and left messages that were never returned. Jeff quickly returned our call and was here when he said he would be. Not only did he fix the issue, he was knowledgeable, efficient and honest. We will definitely use his services again.

Jeff was great. Our water heater stop working on a Saturday night. Sunday I started to make calls to see who could come out on Monday.First place I called was busy and didn't have time till Tuesday which turned out to be a good thing because my second call was to Garrett's Plumbing and Jeff was so nice. I explained what the problem was and what my husband thought the issue might be. Jeff asked that I take a picture of my water heater and text it to him so he could see the type of heater I had. He called be back within 15 minutes of my text and explained what would need to be done. He was able to come out Monday morning at 9 am. By 9:45 am my water heater was working and its been great to date ( 2 weeks). Jeff took the time to explain everything and answered my questions. I will definitely use Garrett's Plumbing in the future.

I contacted several plumbing companies to have someone come out and inspect my main sewer line of a house that I was going to purchase. I had contacted for companies and did not receive a single call back. A friend recommended Jeff at Garretts plumbing. I called him and immediately got an answer. Jeff took the time to explain the process to me and explained the cost based on the circumstances. He was well within reason of other Estimates. Jeff was able to make an appointment for the following morning for me. Jeff was there well ahead of time and greeted me promptly. He explained the process that he was going to do and explain the process to the home owner. He answered all of our questions and began his inspection. He provided us a video to watch as he was doing the process. He even included a video at the end of the program for my record. I am the first one to complain when someone does me wrong and I will be the first want to complain when someone does me right. Garretts plumbing is highly recommended by me I will definitely use them for all of my plumbing needs.

We had a whistling toilet (lack of a better description) I called Garrett's due to the good reviews. Not disappointed at all!! Jeff arrived as expected, found the issue and replaced the parts and as of yet no whistling. Will definitely call him again when other parts of our plumbing become musical. Thanks Jeff!

All I can say is Jeff came through when nobody would. Jeff did a great job with fixing my shower and he is a super nice guy to work with. I will be using Garrett's Plumbing for many years to come!

Jeff from Garrett's plumbing is a solid bet when it comes to your plumbing needs! I had 2 idiots prior that just band aid the leak. He is the 3rd plumber I called to fix the same problem. Needless to say..I've spent crap amount on the previous 2's incompetence. Can you tell I'm still irritated. :) I was offsite and Jeff created a video that clearly explains what the issue was and how he was going to fix it. Charged me reasonably for it as well! I will definitely use him again and refer him business wherever I can. Btw, he was really quick at responding and went out of his way to check out the issue within an hour of my call!! Another key note! The reason I chose him was because he responded honestly from my initial question. :)

Over the years, it's been hit or miss when finding a plumber that is honest, easy to communicate with, reasonable prices and does solid efficient work. Jeff with Garrett's plumbing was all of these. I would highly recommend contacting him. He helped out my parents do a pressure regulator swap for their house in Newport. They are elderly and don't speak english well but were impressed with how efficiently and professionally he was able to finish the job. They would most certainly call him again for any future plumbing needs. I'd give my experience with Jeff a 10/10.
