On my way to bed, I found my kitchen sink full of water -- the adjacent dishwasher had just finished its cycle. When I tried to run the garbage disposer/use a plunger, the only thing I accomplished was making a huge mess. At this point, I knew it was time to call a plumber, and I could see the dollar signs racking up in my head. After a thorough Yelp/Google search -- I came across Garrett's Plumbing. Although I'd never used them before, I was optimistic due to the amount of positive five-star reviews this business had received. When Jeff from Garrett's Plumbing arrived, I wasn't disappointed.

Jeff -- who texted me when he was on his way -- arrived on-time and was extremely professional and honest the entire time. Within 40 minutes, Jeff was able to diagnose and repair my issue. Best of all, he was extremely fair and didn't charge me an outrageous price for his work or try and up-charge me along the way. Once Jeff wrapped up, he took the time to answer several of my questions about the long-term health of my house. Working with Jeff, I was able to map out some long-term maintenance goals, which include putting in a proper clean-out. Thanks again Jeff, you've earned yet another life-long client.

Five stars+ for Jeff at Garrett's Plumbing. We were having an issue with shower controls for a bathroom upgrade and couldn't get the unit to work properly. Initial contractor diagnosis was a possible issue with valve installation or defective cartridge's. We thought we might have to tear out fresh beautiful tile work (desperation)! Jeff spent about an hour methodically testing everything and determined that the NEW valve we had installed was defective. He also resolved an issue with water flow at the newly installed faucet. All of this within 1-2 hrs. analyzing and testing the existing lines. I love a craftsman that uses his experience and knowledge to diagnose and correct problems. Jeff was very courteous, professional and respectful of our home when working. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending him for plumbing related problems. Big Mahalo Jeff!!

Some time ago, Garrett's plumbing decided to specialize in clearing drains, and Jeff is REALLY good at it. My drain was plugged so badly that the first plumber that we called out simply gave up. Garret's plumbing was called in, and they had the specialized equipment and know-how to get the job done. Highly recommended.
