I don't know where to begin. We had an issue with our shower temperature where it would not get cold, we would just get warm to scalding.

We had the plumbers from A-1 services (subcontractors from our bathroom remodel) come out to check why we aren't getting the cold water. The plumber came out, mind you without any tools, and just messed around with the knob and said ""well that's the way it is and besides, who is going to take a shower with cold water""? So he left and didn't do anything

We had Carlos from GPC come out and within an hour or so he already found the issue and he fixed it no problem. Carlos deserves praise for his excellent customer service and his patience, I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs any plumbing needs

A neighbor recommend Garrett's Plumbing when I was having issues with my hot water heater. When I called, they were very friendly and polite and had a technician to my house in no time. Ozzie, the technician was very polite and professional. In a short time, I had hot water and a reasonable bill! No question, I'll call them first if I have any other plumbing needs in the future.

I have known Owen Garrett going on 20 years we used to work together in Royal Palms and I can say he is all Pro. I recently called his office just to ask a question about replumbing my home and he was out of the office so I left a message with his office manager and let her know that there was no hurry for a call back but within minutes Owen called me and he has no problem sharing his knowledge and I value and respect his advice so that being said If you want plumbing done right Call Owen Garrett.

Our water heating was leaking and we couldn't get it relit. Garrett's came within 24 hours of our phone call, checked it out and fixed it within 30 minutes! The guy that serviced us was so nice! Super friendly and personable. He walked us through everything he did and told us what was causing the issue. I seriously wish there was a 5+ star rating because they not only met my standards but exceeded them. They are very open, honest and trustworthy. Definitely what you would look for in Plumbing services. I will definitely use them anytime I need their services and refer all of my friends and family to them! Thank you Garret's!!!

We recently had a plumbing emergency and called American Home Shield but the company they sent out said the job would take too long and they couldn't do it. We called three plumbers and we were lucky to get Owen to help us. He came out quickly and fixed our water problem. He was professional and friendly and prompt. I've been a contractor and home remodeler for many years, and I have worked with and around plumbers for a long while. Owen Garrett is an exceptional individual among plumbers. When our water heater started leaking on Friday morning, I called him and he said all his crews were in the field and busy for the day. I was thinking of asking for a referral, but he interjected that he would replace the unit himself that afternoon. True to his word, he arrived late in the afternoon with the new unit and single handedly completed the new install and removal of the old unit. He was professional, polite, and seemed to enjoy the difficult task. He told me that most of his time is spent assessing plumbing problems and estimating. While he worked we had a chance to discuss his business and what he expects from his crews. I believe that Owen truly cares that his company delivers great customer service and that it operates fairly and ethically. He's number one to call for my plumbing needs.
